Kinloch sits at the northern tip of Lake Taupo, a quiet and characterful village that offers a genuine sense of escape without being far from everything including Taupo Town Centre which is only a 20 minute drive away. Loch View is tucked into a beautiful neighbourhood, close to the Whangamata Stream Track and within easy reach of golf courses, hiking and biking trails and the lake, making it an ideal base for families and groups wanting to slow down and explore.



The home is generous in every sense — a large, open-plan dining and lounge area gives everyone room to spread out, while the lovely big kitchen is well set up for group cooking and long, relaxed meals together. Inside, a fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere on cooler evenings, making the communal spaces feel just as inviting in any season.



Outside, three separate outdoor areas give guests options — whether you're after a morning coffee in the sun, an evening around the outdoor fireplace, or a soak in the spa pool beneath the open sky. The views from the property are beautiful, and the setting has a calm, neighbourhood feel that makes it easy to fully unwind.

House Rules and Information:



Parking: Plenty of parking on driveway. The garage is not available to guests.



Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes



Pets: Sorry, no pets permitted at this property.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company and include linen as part of our service. We ask that guests do not bring their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors.



Cleaning: An exit clean is included in the nightly rate. Please leave the property tidy — dishes clean and all food removed. Rubbish must be neatly bagged.



Parties/events/noise: No parties or events. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for neighbours.



Smoking/vaping: No smoking or vaping inside the property.



Minimum age to book: You must be 25 years or older to book this property.
