Great place for college visits

The house is warm and friendly, comfy beds, great A/C and very enjoyable. Don’t let the neighborhood deter you, the house is great and the area is quiet. Kingsville is such a friendly town too.

Great for a business trip to the Kingsville area

My husband and I stayed for almost a week with our dogs. It was perfect for working from home and have convenient access to area clients. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Little gem

This has to be the cleanest rental i have ever stayed in. The little touches like a few bottles of water, coffee pods and snacks were a great bonus. I actually forgot some clothes and they contacted me quickly so i could arrange to pick it up. Higly recommend for your next trip to Kingsville.

The home was very welcoming and accommodations were amazing. We were so blessed to have been able to stay here on our last minute trip and it was so close to everything. The host was very responsive and polite. 5 stars all around !

Thanksgiving trip

Communication & check in was good.. pics are good online , but in person is different.. wasn’t happy with the neighborhood, or constant dogs barking.. the one night we stayed.. there was no sleep/.. and the ceiling fan in one bedroom made a grinding noise when it was on ( probably a bearing going out).. and the popcorn ceiling was flaking in the bedrooms.. we left the next day and rented a hotel room for the remaining time..very disappointed..as paying for something that was never used..

Everything was perfect, they even had charcoal outside in case we wanted to barbecue. There were enough pillows, blankets, and everything was clean inside. Thank you for having us.

I highly recommend this place

Don’t judge the property by the neighborhood. The house was clean and had all the accommodations necessary for a pleasant stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and I can’t think of a thing that would’ve made the experience any better. We felt very safe.

This house is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you might need. We stayed a month while working to rehab and sell a house in Kingsville. This rental was an oasis to come home to each night. The perfect place for our stay. You will not be disappointed!
