「We had one negative (but many positives) experience with Chipman Hill suites.
The premises are clean and comfortable. There's a level of attention to details. The location is great, we were able to walk around downtown with ease and enjoy what the city had to offer. The bed was extremely comfortable and we appreciated the fully furnished kitchen to cook and keep our food cold. Also, the historical charm of the building felt on theme with St-John.
Unfortunately, we had a very bad first...

「It was cozy and well set up. The area was nice and the early mornings were so relaxing and full of nature at its best (could hear the deer and other animals around) was a nice change from city noises.
Emanuel was both respectful of your space and eager to help with anything you needed.

「We had a great experience here. The location is great for walking to the harbour. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Communication was very good, and check in was easy. We will come again if we’re back in St. John.」

「we had a really great stay at this property. The tenants living upstairs were really nice and friendly. The apartment was clean without any issues. I would suggest that the owners leave soap, shampoo, etc. for the tenants as usually travellers don’t think to bring that stuff. Also, we only had one towel each for the week. We could’ve asked for more. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend this Vrbo client.」
