Kingston Lacy House

On arrival the toilet was very dirty and no loo roll. Curtains were taped up and balcony was not usable. Asked for more loo roll and never got any until I asked again the next morning. Served a purpose but needs more care and attention.

Great overnight stay. Lots of stairs for hotel reception and the rooms across the road was the only downside. Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom clean. Good shower .Great location near Bond Street station

Good all round hotel, loved the room. The lifts were a bit hit and miss and the co-ordination between the front desk and the concierge was a little erratic, booking cars etc. otherwise a good hotel in a great spot.
