I had an amazing time . The ambiance was everything and our host welcomed us with snacks which I think was VERY thoughtful. The entire process was easy from beginning until end and I’ll definitely be coming back here on my next trip to Jamaica .

I must commend the host for the property everything was exactly as shown, excellent host clean property, the place felt like home. I would recommend persons to book this place, central location this place is just pure awesomeness. Will definitely book here again.

I’ll be back

This location was near everything I wanted to be near, grocery, park, restaurants. It was very clean, and the owner was easily available when needed. I will book again when I want to stay in anew Kingston.

What can i say, everythi g about this property was A no issues at all Hist was available anytime any thing arose, which there was none Clean roomy perfectly furnished, and the snacks left for guests were touche'Highly recommended for any trip to kingstonPlease do stop at Mikhail's you wont regret it

Great stay

Easy check in and great communication beforehand. Property easy access to everything. Property is very clean and only thing missing was washing machine. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

This is our third stay at this beautiful apartment in New Kingston, and this time we stayed even longer.As mentioned in my previous review in 2023, the apartment is gated, secure, and centrally located, just a stone’s throw from many attractions, great food spots, and entertainment options. The check-in process was seamless, with clear and accurate instructions.Communication with the host, Mikhail, was excellent as always. He was prompt and responsive to every query. It was a pleasure to finally meet him in person. He is truly a wonderful human.The apartment itself remains spotless, cosy, and exactly as pictured. The thoughtful touches such as snacks, juices, water, teas, and more really enhance the experience. It’s also great to see how Mikhail continues to improve the space based on guest feedback. More amenities have been added, such as the water dispenser, which we really appreciated. It shows how much he cares about continuously improving the guest experience.During our stay, there was an island-wide power outage lasting around 8 hours. Mikhail went above and beyond, proactively reaching out, and even driving over in the dark to ensure we had light, which we truly appreciated. That level of care and dedication is truly exceptional.As long as this apartment is available, it will always be our go-to place whenever we visit Kingston.

Stay A While I really wanted to "stay longer", not just "...for a while". So in fact, I've extended my stay in Jamaica and booked two other stays for March. The condo is conveniently located,clean, well appointed and extremely comfortable. In addition to an unmatched pricepoint throughout new Kingston, the property provides a luxurious ambiance and a feeling of home away from home.

From start to end I give this stat a 5 star rating. Host dealt with a small issue promptly with no issue. Upon entering apartment I was amazed at the level of decor and comfort. Perfect size for myself but I would say at least 3 people could stay there comfortably. I’ve stayed in many apartments over the years all over the island and this apartment tops them by far.
