"We rented for my son’s 18th birthday to spend a few days on the water with him and his closest friends. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed (I still need to find out what shampoo was in the primary bathroom!) The ONLY issue we had was with the boat lift that seemed to have a hydraulic leak. We could not get our boat out of the water out on the main lake. Fortunately, there was the second lift in the channel that we were able to use; it did the job. I would definitely book again in the future."

"The house is very clean. The kitchen had so many utensils and and supplies. The beds were very comfortable. The boat dock has a lift that was great and necessary due to the choppiness of the river. The pool, patio area, and deck had plenty of seating and was a highlight. Room to park all 6 of our cars and boat trailer.The only complaint from our 14 group party was that the air conditioner struggled to keep the temperature cool enough."

"Excellent property on the lake in the hillcountry! Our extended family of 16 (8 adults and 8 children aged 9-16) have rented many homes over the years and this has been our favorite so far! Location and all the amenities were great. From the slides, pool, paddle boards and kayaks, ping pong table, and indoor shuffle board and pool table, there was endless entertainment for everyone! Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed for cooking."

"Overall a great place to have a family vacation. The game room kept the kids very happy as well as the pool. One thing to note is that the bunk room is separate from the main house. If there had not been an additional bedroom there, our young children would not have been able to use it. We very much enjoyed the view from the patio. Would consider staying here again."

"Host was extremely welcoming, very communicative, very detailed book on the property, and Christmas decorations were on point!! Not too much !This is our 4th year to do a big family trip of 14 ppl…this was the BEST stocked house for large groups that cook most of the meals at the house. As the main person that does the food planning and cooking, I was IMPRESSED!! The organization of the kitchen was also top notch! The labels of where everything went was very helpful! The space was incredible with a majority of our party being kids. The bunk room was awesome!! Didn’t have to worry about number of dishwasher pods, trash bags, towels, toilet paper or paper towels. And the toiletries were also high quality."
