「Great experience, quick responses, easy directions. The Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We loved sitting at the beach at night and used the hot tub twice in the evenings. The fact it was open after 10pm was awesome. Accommodations in the room were exactly what we needed. The only issue was the a/c wasn’t working well, however we were not in the room enough to need it. 「We loved our stay in the Villa Tortuga. On our last full day we decided that staying on the deck and in the hot tub with the heater off was a better choice than heading to another beach! Someone should advise the landlord that Jets #2 were not functioning and were coming on but then kicking off right away, which to me an old CPO would indicate a faulty electrical connection or a compromised pump which should be addressed ASAP for safety reasons. 「The home is just as pictured.Very clean and cozy. Ocean view. Everything was in walking distance beach 4 min walk restaurant, and stores also. The host Charles is a really nice guy .Truly had a great time. I hope to be back soon .」
