The hotel is well located, nice rooms. Poorly designed toilets. One of my rooms, was not ready for check in time. But most importantly, very poor customer care. Specially Manager Emmanuel and front desk Triana, very rude and unwilling to help, seems that customers are an inconvenience for them. The hotel is nice, but I have had much better experience in other hotels in NYC. Won’t come back.

Very friendly staff. Quiet hotel. Clean. Walking distance to all the Broadway shows we saw! Would stay here again!
