This chic, sophisticated and glamorous town house is set in the heart of Burnham Market, one of the prettiest and most celebrated villages in North Norfolk. Channelling a boutique vibe, and featuring a hot tub, this stylish cottage is most suited to couples, friends and families with older children. Tern Cottage is a fabulous option for a short break, or a longer stay, at any time of year.

Having undergone a brand new makeover in 2022, the cottage showcases exquisite wallpapers, high quality furniture, sumptuous furnishings, an über smart kitchen and three fully tiled bathrooms with Crittal style shower screens, with everything complementing the period features of the property. Arriving in Tern Cottage through its rear door entrance from the courtyard garden, you are greeted by a welcoming hallway with a useful utility room on the right and a door leading through to the well-equipped fitted kitchen with herringbone flooring that includes a dining area, on your left. Walking through to the stunning vaulted sitting room, where full-length bi-fold doors slide open to bring the outside in - especially lovely during the warm days in summer months. At the far end of the cottage the first of the bedrooms is situated, with use of a neighbouring shower room. Upstairs on the first floor, reached by a staircase leading off the kitchen, are two further bedrooms. Both are double rooms, one of which, the master bedroom, has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower options that can be shared with the adjacent bedroom.

Burnham Market is popular destination all year round, with an delectable selection of places to eat, designer boutiques, lifestyle shopping and beautiful art galleries to browse. The stunning North Norfolk coast and its expensive beaches are within easy reach, as are walks along the North Norfolk coast path - a feast for the eyes, senses and wellbeing.

This property is also available for larger groups of up to ten guests, with the outdoor annexe open, listed as Tern Cottage.

Three well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
A mixture of feather and synthetic bedding is provided.
Two travel cots and one high chair available on request. Please bring your own linen for the cot.
Please bring your own original size pods for the Nespresso coffee machine.

Fab cottage right in Burnham Market Welcome gifts were great. Cottage was spotless. Hot tub was not warm on arrival but was so clean and inviting the next day. Was very cosy and warm for our winter visit.
