The ground floor is an exemplar of this, as the living areas have been curated in such a way that will cater for a range of needs. The comfortable sitting room is excellent for entertaining the children or for having a cosy night in around the television. Nearby, the kitchen and dining room offers yet more seating and, via the french doors, provides direct access to the enclosed rear garden. The generous kitchen has been appointed with a full inventory of kitchen and tableware and provides further seating around the kitchen island.

Moving upstairs, three quiet bedrooms have been carefully designed and promise a restful stay. All three have en-suite facilities, making this a superb option for groups of friends that all need separate wash room facilities.
