My daughter had no wifi internet while we were there. The bathroom was dirty. Room was never replenished with towels or cleaned. No housekeeping. I requested the 3rd floor, and was assured the Thursday before I checked in on Friday that I would be on the 3rd floor. When I checked in Friday, I was given room 401 on the fourth floor. When I inquired about it the front desk girl shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing that she could do. "
