「I purchased room thru Expedia and got a pet friendly room. When I got there, there were two long flight of steps which my husband who is handicapped had a hard time getting up. I went to the office and asked for a bottom floor or cabin. I mentioned I had my dog. The guy said he couldn’t make any changes that I would have to go thru Expedia. The hotel charged me $486.26 for a one night stay. It was only suppose to be $131.13. They told me since I was in a non dog room, they charged me extra. I...

It was truly remarkable how genuinely friendly and helpful the staff members were. We even found the exceptionally friendly service in many of the other venues that we visited nearby. A fabulous few days in North Lake Tahoe that we plan to experience again.」

「The rooms were very clean, the pool is amazing, bikes trails and golfing everything was perfect and very relaxing. Went with my family during Memorial Day weekend. Perfect time to getaway, not as much traffic as you expect.」

「スキーシーズンではない上にコロナのこともあり宿泊者は少なくしていたと思います。静かに快適に過ごせました。部屋の設備も良く全て快適でしたが子供達が言うにはWi-Fiの状況がかなり良くネットもゲームもノンストレスでできたそうです(^_^*)そこが1番のお気に入りポイントだそうです。」
