National Park themed, bright and sunny, south facing, one-bedroom, front unit of ranch-style duplex in easy downtown location in walking distance to the beach!

The furnishings are a mix of vintage and new and give the space a homey and cozy vibe. Plush velvety throw pillows and a deep comfortable couch, smart TV for streaming with yours or use of the host's streaming apps, and a gas fireplace for warming up on colder nights come together for a memorable experience.

This unit features beautiful vinyl throughout and fresh paint and art pieces. In the kitchen, timeless white appliances, stylish Herringbone butcher-block countertops and pearlescent Subway tile backsplash brighten up the full kitchen that’s well-stocked with Fiestaware dishes, copper touches, pots and pans and an assortment of essential gadgets for your cooking pleasure!

The private bedroom has a Queen bed. This is a platform bed with a 12" deep, medium plush, gel memory mattress.

The sideboard cabinent under the television in the living room converts to a Queen Murphy bed for a 2nd sleeping space. This new bed has a 6" Gel/Foam mattress and is fairly easy to set up. Bedding will be provided automatically for groups of 3 or 4 and can be requested for smaller groups.

There is also a dedicated workspace in the bedroom for those who need to tuck themselves away while working remotely.

The bathroom is complete with heated flooring, Herringbone glass subway tiles that tie into the same patterns found in the kitchen and a deep bathtub with Kohler fixtures for soaking.

In the summer, there’s also a private patio with teak bistro set up for 2 guests to enjoy coffee or to dine al fresco, a couple of Kayaks with carts and beach gear and a lazy hammock.

The hosted home is located walking distance to Kings Beach State Park and it's sandy beach, pier, playground and parkinh area (7-minute walk or 2 minutes by car). Kings beach is a buzzing and lively neighborhood that's mostly flat and very walkable. It's also under a mile to the nearest casinos and nightlife and less than 7 miles to Northstar, the closest ski resort or downhill biking adventure. The neighborhood is a mix of older homes, newer builds and a few trailer parks but, is very safe and in easy proximity to everything the area has to offer.

THINGS TO NOTE:
*Rates for Pets and Additional Occupants are listed below under "Other Things to Note" below.
*3 Exterior security cameras: Parking area, front door and driveway. Each are action activated and have sound recording. Videos are not stored and are only viewable by host for 24 hours.
*Kayaks, Portable AC Unit, Beach Gear, Hammock are available only in the peak summer as weather permits. The patio is closed when snow is on the ground as the pavers get icy and use can become dangerous.
