The house was very well stocked with tons of great supplies. The kids were sad that the basketball game was there and that the pin ball machine was off limits. Turned out we spent more time outdoors than we thought we would. Was only a 30 min easy walk to the beach and grocery store.

Kingswood

The property was decent. The deck with table and chairs and umbrella was nice. The TV with Amazon Prime movies was nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable and adequate. Bathrooms and showers were good. Unfortunately the grill was locked and/or broken. The pinball machine in the game room did not work, There is no A/C.Very convenient location. 5 min from King’s Beach and Tahoe Vista. Quiet street close to hiking and biking trails. The kids loved the pool table.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was dirty with stained linen and bedding. Some had blood stains. Management unavailable at time of check in to rectify the issue. Management failed to correct the issue when advised and was indifferent. House is very old and not well kept. Games and toes not functioning. All house furniture warned out and not clean. No access to garage. Location far from main attractions.

Large house with plenty of space

This house had plenty of space to spread out for our group of 7 people. We enjoyed having the game room with the air hockey and pool table.

ROOMY TAHOE HOME

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is fully stocked with everything needed in the home. The house is clean and well decorated. The only downfall for the home is the stairs up and down and layout, and some of the items in the pictures don't work for the game room. Old appliances and no air conditioning with this climate change weather, but overall, it was a great home to vacation in.

Perfect Spot for a Family Summer Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It's an older house, but well maintained and very comfy. We had four kiddos with us, and it was nice not to have to worry about them messing anything up! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The bunk room was great for the kids. The kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfy. The only suggestion I would make is if the arcade games don't actually work, just remove them from the home. The location is great. There was plenty of space to park our boat on the side of the road out front (the driveway is verrrry steep), and we were less than 10 minutes from the boat launch, Kings Beach, etc. We'd definitely stay here, again.

None of the games they showed worked, the jacuzzi was broken, and the downstairs shower didn’t work

fun family cabin

Pictures make it look dated but it was actually clean and well maintained. Great place to stay with multiple family's because every room is huge with its own bathroom. Game room is awesome.

Family reunion

This home was very nice, large rooms, quite neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked, we only needed to bring the food, and if we forgot anything the grocery store was a mile away. The game room was a great gathering place for all. We had beautiful weather and spent many hours on the deck. The garage had many extra supplies which added to our enjoyment. Definitely would stay here again!
