PARKING

Each reservation includes one assigned parking space, access to one Guest parking space and two parking permits, which can be found on the kitchen counter upon arrival. Please display the permits on your vehicle dashboards, as parking rules are actively enforced. Before checking out, kindly leave both parking permits on the kitchen counter for the next guest. Additional vehicles must park off property, per HOA rules.

- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (please no glitter, confetti, or other decorations that may be difficult to clean up)
- No pre-set early check-ins or late check-outs. The cleaning team will welcome you by SMS if the condo is ready before check-in time
