The location is stellar if you want a private little beach within a couple hundred paces. The ground-floor condo is very comfortable for a couple or perhaps a small family of three. Clean and stocked with most things you need. Bed mattress seemed a bit thin, and sofa is aged, but overall, the home is ideal for a nice quiet vacation at the lake.

Overall loved the location with beach access. Room wasn’t set up for lake activities. No place to store paddle boards, and no mats or storage for sandals coming in sandy from the lake. We loved walking into kings beach and Safeway was handy.

Quaint and close to little beach

Cute first floor apartment that’s just a short walk down to a small beach area. A grocery store is less than a half mile away with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment doesn’t have AC but we opened the windows in the evening before bed and the place cooled down quite nicely. Great price for the location.

Nice place perfect for couples getaway

spacious enough and close to most of what you want to be near. My girlfriend and I stayed 5 days and had a wonderful time/ place is very clean and neat and we had no issues.

Good location, but at least a $100 a night too high price. Beach area could use some help, but lawn area nicely kept with a great view. Parking pass emails were a little much or not needed.
