•Parking: There is a 2 car garage and extra parking in the driveway. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.

•Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
•Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
•Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM per Placer county regulations;
•Full Terms and Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation
•Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
•Agreement must be signed by Occupants aged 25 or older.
•Exterior security cameras on property.

• Do not leave food, trash, or scented items outside or in vehicles
• Properly dispose of garbage in designated bear-proof bins
