Whether you're hitting the slopes at Northstar—just ten minutes away—or exploring the nearby hiking trails, you'll find endless opportunities for outdoor fun right at your doorstep.

This thoughtfully designed, three-level home is perfect for couples and small groups. The bedroom and bathroom are located on the lowest level, featuring a luxurious king-size Tempur-Pedic bed for a restful night's sleep. On the second level, you'll find a welcoming living room with a pullout sofa bed (great for children or small adults), a wood-burning fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee and tea bar. Head up to the third level for a dedicated office space, complete with a desk and high-speed internet—ideal for remote work or staying connected during your getaway.

You'll also enjoy fantastic community amenities including a heated pool, sauna, and tennis/pickleball courts. After a day of adventure, unwind on your private deck with an electric grill, or relax inside while streaming your favorite shows on the provided TVs. Additional conveniences include designated ski and snowboard storage, making it easy to transition from the slopes to home. The property is also conveniently located near a TART bus stop, so you can explore the area without the hassle of parking. Nearby, the North Tahoe Regional Park offers year-round activities, and rental shops for bikes, kayaks, and skis are just down the street.

With so much to see and do, this Kings Beach townhouse is the perfect retreat for your next Tahoe getaway!

Things to Know:
-Pool is open seasonally, from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, and small and large cooler provided.
- This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services. If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
