"I really enjoyed my stay at Park Inn by Radisson Riyadh. The hotel has a great, welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in as well as being modern, clean, and relaxed. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything felt well organised and easy. My room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, which made the stay even better. The overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and the location was convenient too. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it."

"We were disappointed in the service we received while staying. We received one towel for two people, when we asked for more towels the staff made it seem like a difficult task. They asked why we needed more towels and then finally agreed to bring more, the provided one towel again and insisted we return the towel we had! We asked for more water to make our coffee provided in the room and had to call twice. They refused us fresh mugs for the coffee when we stayed two days. When showering the...

"The property is centrally located and it’s under renovation. As long as you stay in the renovated units you will have a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only feedback I would have is to have English speaking crew on staff on all times to help with communication with non-Arabic speakers. "
