「Good customer service」

「All aspects were Good in a great setting.」

「The property is sweet and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The location close to town is perfect if you want to park and walk about. The best part is the host Gary who is full of information on the areas and happy to give ideas on what sites to visit. Sue prepares a lovely breakfast and Gary serves it at your preferred time.」

「全体がリゾート施設になっている。部屋はゆったりくつろげますが、やや旧さを感じさせます。食事代金はリーズナブル。」

「Not the best service in the bar」

「Excellent 2 night stay at this family friendly hotel in October with our two grandkids. Only negative was the pool having to close for a deep clean on one night of our stay so our grandkids missed out on the pool disco, however I am sure this was required for health and safety reasons.」

「Clean modern room. I liked that there was a small kitchenette included. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, cafes and the train station/ bus stops. A fantastic stay while in Aviemore.」

「This is a fairly new property and this is reflected in the modern decor, and clean & smart set up. No staff on site but arrangements communicated beforehand in terms of property access and room key collection were faultless. Parking on site so no issues with proximity. We did not have breakfast (book and pay separately if required). River runs behind the property so soothing sound of running (nay rushing) water throughout. Only issue was the green light (fire regs ?) meant the room was not dark...

「Property and rooms needs a little bit of refresh, has new manager so hopefully will take this in hand. Young service staff who are trying their best, very polite and helpful. They just need a bit more guidance and organisation. Food excellent and recommend it highly. Enjoyed our stay, lovely and warm hotel.」

「no fuss booking, check-in and stay.」

「Cute home & rooms. Note, only walk up, no elevator. Convenient location. Manager was helpful & friendly during breakfast service.」

「Good place to stay. It was clean and in a convenient location. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was the sound proofing. I believe people may live above floor two and they stayed up walking around until after midnight. Wouldn’t be a problem at all except there is no sound proofing in the room I was in. Other than that a fantastic place to stay and would recommend.」

「The pool is only open till 6 PM, and the town surrounding closes down around 5:30 PM. Nearby is fantastic for touring. We did the falconry and loved it.」

「Very modern property.」

「Nice property and friendly owners. Location is also good as there are a number of restaurants and shops within a short walk. Only issue is the room was very small.」

「小さな町の小さなホテルです。とても快適で食事もおいしくゆったりとすごすことができました。併設のレストランがなかなかです。」
