"The buffet food was delicious, and offered locally-grown rice as part of the meals. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional, taking the effort to translate and going the extra mile to support my family during our stay. "We had a 3-night stay at the 15th floor with excess to the club lounge. The hotel room is not roomy but is pretty clean and comfortable. The small balcony is entirely a decoration, and I believe nobody would have the guts to step on it.
