Why stay anywhere else? Your lakefront property awaits!!

Located directly on Table Rock Lake, our 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home has everything to make your vacation perfect. As you enter our main floor, you will find our open living room, dining room and kitchen area. We have supplied everything you need to cook those perfect meals together as a family. Take a look at the lake directly behind the house as you cook in the kitchen. If you are bringing lots of groceries, we have 2 more refrigerators- a second in the garage, and a third one downstairs in the wet bar area!!

Our main floor also offers a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and king bedroom and bathroom. No stairs required to access these bedrooms.

Retreat to the basement for a second living space, queen bedroom, double queen bedroom, and bathroom.

Our second living room is the perfect place to hang out, watch movies, and play a game of pool. You will love the newly added 75 inch TV to watch your favorite games. The wet bar area makes as a perfect gathering space!! If you would like more games, we have converted our garage into our game room with pingpong and foosball. Also enjoy the TV in the garage area if you would like to bring a game console for the kids. If you are looking for more sleeping areas, we have supplied 3 roll away beds and a pull out chair bed for extra sleeping.

All or our bedrooms and living rooms on both levels have sliding glass doors with access to the deck or lower level to enjoy a gorgeous lake front view of Table Rock Lake.

Have dinner out on the deck taking in the outdoor scenery. We offer a propane Weber grill to cook up some barbecue yumminess! We also have 2 outdoor ceiling fans to keep you cool.

Swim, fish, paddle board, canoe, kayak and boat all right behind the house. Relax in the Hot Tub or hang out at the outdoor bar!! We provide paddle boards, a canoe, and a kayak. We also have a large outdoor firepit area for you to enjoy a campfire:) Drop your boat into Table Rock Lake right next door!

*We do not have a boat slip but there is room to park your boat in the driveway. There are also many marinas nearby where you can rent a slip. We usually recommend The Port Of Kimberling City Marina-What's up Dock.

*There are 2 more wonderful drop ins within 5 miles of our property.

*Please note that the beautiful Table Rock Lake is a rocky shoreline. We recommend water shoes. The walk back up to the house from the lake can be strenuous for individuals with mobility issues.

*All bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with TV's. Cable TV is provided to all of the TV's in the house. We have recently added a 65 inch TV to the main floor living room that is a smart TV. You are able to login to your Netflix and other apps to watch TV.

**Pets CONSIDERED. We are only dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider SMALL TO MEDIUM, ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dogs. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside. There is a $35 per night non refundable pet fee.

Memorable extended weekend with family

BEST VACATION PLACE IN MISSOURI!!!

Our family stayed here for a week vacation, and it was AMAZING!! The pictures don’t do it justice!! The cabin and property are Beautiful, and have everything you need to just sit back, relax and have Fun!! From the Canoe, and Kayak, ping pong and pool table, we always had something to do! Just sitting down by the water and watching our children play was so peaceful! The Hot Tub was wonderful and so clean and the beds were so comfortable! The place is so clean and immaculate and fully furnished for all you need to get away!! The owners spared nothing on making this the best rental in Missouri! Our family takes a vacation together every year, and we take our children to Silver Dollar City, and this will be the place we come from now on!! It truly was AMAZING!! Thank you for sharing this GEM with other families!! We will be back!!

We had a great stay. Enjoyed the property very much.

House is in a great location. Used the canoe. Rented a pontoon boat for a few hours from the Kimberling Marina, which isn't too far away. Branson is a short drive and we took in a show and some casual dining. Late September/early October is kind of slow tourist wise in Branson. So, light crowds, but not as many choices for shows. Loved the fire pit, and used it almost every night. Saw several deer on the ridge to the south almost every evening - pretty cool. We had great weather, too. I recommend this property for a family or small group. There were 4 of us, and we all had plenty of room. Owners responded quickly when we needed propane tank replacement for the grill.

Wonderful Vacation!

The property was peaceful, very relaxing. With multiple things to do attached to the property. My family enjoyed playing ping-pong and lounging out on the deck. Lake levels were high, sad about not getting much water time. But,that has nothing to do with how amazing the place was.

Thanksgiving Family Get Away

We had a great time. Loved the hot tub for this time of year. Kayak was taken down to the lake for a short paddle. Plenty of parking a huge plus as we had three vehicles. Property had plenty of space to explore. Was a quick 20 min to Silver Dollar City, and 30 min from the strip.

Beautiful!

Everything was as described and more. Beautiful property and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The photos do not do it justice. All the games and activities were a huge plus and the kids loved it.

Full of amenities

This home provided many ways to enjoy the lake without actually having a boat. The house is full of stuff to use for cooking and taking care of basic needs. Definitely dog friendly if you need a place to let your dog feel at home.

We stayed at this property September 2024 with our 2 adult sons and granddaughter. The house was perfectly set up for us to spend time together in multiple areas of the house and to retreat to separate areas at the end of the day. We mostly used the outdoor amenities, fire pit, deck and lake on this trip. We hope to return to this property in April 2025. The weather is likely to be much cooler so we anticipate using the indoor amenities more. The house was very well stocked. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend this property!

quiet but FUN family weekend

We were looking for a quick weekend away after a busy few months, and this lake house did not disappoint. The home is in a quiet cove on lake, great for fishing and kayaking, and not too close to other neighbors despite being in a popular area. Our visit was during a cold spell, but we still had plenty of things to do at the property between the hot tub, ping pong and pool tables, and other games. The home and kitchen were well appointed, which made family meals a pleasure. Despite the remote feel of the house, we were also able to easily enjoy local attractions such as Silver Dollar City and the Butterfly Ranch. This really was the perfect house for a family vacation where some days required relaxing and other days needed a bit more adventure.

Spring break getaway

This was a great place for a last minute Spring break getaway that wasn't too far from home and on the water, for a little fishing from shore. Branson was close enough that we did something everyday in town and then came back to the house for a homemade dinner. I always bring my own assortment of cooking spices and necessities... but the kitchen was so well stocked that I really didn't need to here! The hot tub was used a lot!! Soooo relaxing!! Even watched some deer walk by the side of the house one night. The house had plenty of room for our family of 4, I wish we had more time to enjoy everything the house had to offer for entertainment. Family Time Together

Our family of 6 - Dad Mom and 4 kids aged 23 to 19 had a fantastic time at this house. We stayed the 2nd week of March so weather was a teeter totter but with so many things to do indoors we didn't mind the chilly days. Kids loved the hot tub which was clean and fully functional. The drive to the grocery store was easy - but make a list - as it's a bit too far to realize you forgot something. Drive to Branson was about 30 mins. We went over 3 times. For nearby dining we ate at Ma's Place in Kimberling City and it was super yummy food - atmosphere was basic. I recommend bringing beach towels as the bath towels are not good for hot tub or lake action. Communication with the owner was easy and helpful. Book it now - you will be happy you did!

Best Getaway Spot

Our family has never visited Branson. It was a Christmas gift for my kids and they each brought a friend. There was so much room for everyone that it did NOT seem like there were 10 of us. Everything was so well organized! They have all of the switches labeled, which you wouldn't think would become confusing, but with a lot of amenities, it can and will. The host provided super clear instructions beforehand and when our door key code did not work, they were quick to answer and help us. Since we went during the off-season in Branson, the amenities offered by the cabin were a game changer. It gave us plenty of activities to do together. We had a blast. If you are looking for a secluded natural setting, the Carefree Bear Lodge is for you and your family.

Great getaway

Great Lake access

Couldn’t have asked for better and more private lake access. We thoroughly enjoyed paddle board and kayak. Lots of room for large group. We didn’t go into town because enjoyed the lake trip. Loved yard and bear accents.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit. Unfortunately there were some parts of the house that were in disrepair like the dishwasher, dripping kitchen faucet, downstairs TV that wouldn't shut off, deck ceiling fans that didn't work (I think the battery was dead in the remote). These were minor technical difficulties that can be fixed so we would still recommend staying here.
