But it desperately needs: a concierge type person who has knowledge of local sites of interest: can deal wth any requests for transportation, and can generally help guests with luggage as they enter and leave the premises. 「We only stayed here for one night, on our way back to Belfast to return home from our tour of Ireland. The hotel looked a bit rundown from the outside, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a large, bright reception area and a welcoming receptionist. Our room was ready, so she let us check in an hour early and we went to have a look at our room.
