Step inside to a spacious entryway designed with skiers and snowboarders in mind, providing plenty of room to store all your gear after a day on the mountain. Large windows fill the condo with natural light while showcasing stunning mountain views. The inviting living room features a propane fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, with cable tv (living room only), and access to a private deck where you can relax and take in the scenery. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area comfortably seats six, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Streaming tv only in the bedroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is perfect for families or kids, featuring a twin bunk bed and two additional twin beds. An additional full bathroom with a shower, along with a washer and dryer, provides added convenience throughout your stay. Located just steps from the Sunrise Village chairlift, you can ski directly to the slopes each morning and return home on skis when conditions allow. Whether you're skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, or simply enjoying Vermont's beautiful scenery, Sunrise Village offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and spectacular mountain views for your Killington getaway. Things to keep in mind: • Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit. • Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property. • Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo. • Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo. • Ski In/Ski Out trail is dependent on natural snow. • Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo. • A security deposit of $500 is required on the morning of arrival.
