Welcome to our cozy and beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at the Fall Line Condominium Complex in Killington, Vermont! This inviting retreat comfortably accommodates up to five guests across two floors, giving you plenty of room to relax and unwind. The master bedroom is a peaceful haven, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom is perfect for families with queen-over-queen bunk beds, a separate twin bed, and its own bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a brand-new 55” smart TV for your entertainment. After a fun day on the slopes or exploring, cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace or catch up on your favorite shows on the 65” smart TV in the living area. Our fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, and we provide a selection of spices and essentials to add convenience to your stay. You'll also love the fantastic amenities our complex offers, including a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, sauna, and small gym—just steps from our front door. The free weekend and holiday shuttle to Killington Resort makes getting to the slopes a breeze, and you can even ski back to the complex via the ski home trail! When you're ready to explore, you'll be just a short drive from a variety of dining, shopping, and nightlife options. We take pride in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we can't wait to welcome you!

• We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The Community Center at our condo features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and small fitness area. It is closed from mid-April to July 1 and the Monday after Columbus Day to the weekend before Thanksgiving annually for maintenance. Hours are 8am to 10pm. There is an EV charger available outside the Community Center as well.
• The shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to Easter on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday weeks only. There is no shuttle midweek, but we are only 1/3 mile from Snowshed Lodge.
• Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• We partner with Killington and offer discounted lift tickets for our guests. We also offer discounts on rentals!
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.

The Fall Line condominiums are located in the Killington Ski Village area and a short distance to the slopes (1/3 mile to Snowshed). Most of the condos have mountain views. During the ski season, there is a free shuttle on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday weeks to the resort. There is also a ski home trail open mid-winter (conditions permitting). The Fall Line community center features a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and small gym as well as an EV charger.
