Welcome to our cozy 1-bedroom condo nestled in the beautiful Fall Line Condominiums of picturesque Killington, Vermont! Whether you're a winter enthusiast seeking snowy adventures or a nature lover looking for a tranquil escape, our condo has it all. Our well-appointed condo offers comfort and convenience with a spacious living room featuring a smart TV and a fireplace with complimentary firewood. The bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, and the bathroom features a rejuvenating jacuzzi tub. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for dining in, and there's also a dining area for sharing memorable meals together. Step outside onto the patio, where you can sip your morning coffee or stargaze in the evenings while taking in the crisp mountain air. As part of Fall Line Condominiums, you'll have access to a separate community center with a pool, hot tub, sauna, and a small gym. Plus, for your winter convenience, we provide a shuttle service to Killington Resort on peak ski season weekends and holidays. Nestled in the heart of Killington, our condo is a stone's throw away from the area's best attractions, from skiing and snowboarding in the winter to hiking, mountain biking, and golfing in the summer. Explore charming local shops, dine at fantastic restaurants, or simply take in the breathtaking mountain views. We can't wait to host your Vermont escape at Fall Line Condominiums. Our one bedroom, one bathroom condo sleeps up to 2 people on a king bed in the bedroom.

• We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The Community Center at our condo features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and small fitness area. It is closed from mid-April to July 1 and the Monday after Columbus Day to the weekend before Thanksgiving annually for maintenance. Hours are 8am to 10pm. There is an EV charger available outside the Community Center as well.
• The shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to Easter on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday weeks only. There is no shuttle midweek, but we are only 1/3 mile from Snowshed Lodge.
• Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• We partner with Killington and offer discounted lift tickets for our guests. We also offer discounts on rentals!
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.

The Fall Line condominiums are located in the Killington Ski Village area and a short distance to the slopes (1/3 mile to Snowshed). Most of the condos have mountain views. During the ski season, there is a free shuttle on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday weeks to the resort. There is also a ski home trail open mid-winter (conditions permitting). The Fall Line community center features a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and small gym as well as an EV charger.

Nice but not great

The property was nice overall, very convenient to the mountain, but there were a few things that could have been better. First, the listing said a hair dryer was included and there was none, so luckily I brought my own just in case. It also said spices were included in the kitchen; we only had salt and pepper. There were no closets or dressers in the bedroom, only hooks on the wall and door, which was very frustrating and inconvenient. The lighting throughout could use some improvement. The faucet in the jacuzzi tub didn't work and we had to use the shower head to fill the tub. We had stayed at this property before in a different unit and it was wonderful so we were expecting the same type experience. Somewhat disappointing, but still enjoyable.
