Drive five minutes to dining, shops, and entertainment and seven minutes to access the terrain at Killington. Winter guests can enjoy skiing and snowboarding, and summer visitors can take advantage of the lifts to access Adventure Park and lots of hiking and mountain biking trails. Killington's Green Mountain National Golf Course is just 10 minutes from your front door. After fun-filled days on the mountain, return home for a dip in the indoor pool or a soak in the hot tub.
Experience further relaxation at the on-site spa, which offers massages, facials, and more. Kick back and settle in to stream your favorite shows on the smart TV in the living area, or either of the home's two bedrooms. Prepare your favorite foods in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring updated cabinets, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, and luxury vinyl tile flooring. Gather for mealtime around the six-person dining table. Find dual suites as well as a quaint covered patio. Amazing shared amenities include an indoor pool (heated, open year-round), hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and tennis courts. Drive seven minutes to access the terrain at “The Beast” in the winter or summer months. Explore nearby Woodstock, visit the outlet shopping Mecca that is Manchester Center, or take a one or two-hour day trip in any direction to witness the beauty of the Green Mountains. In winter, a 10-minute stroll will take you to the Rutland Killington Ski Shuttle for transport to the slopes. You can catch the bus to downtown Rutland too. You can find a selection of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, all within minutes.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Children under the age of 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area and fitness center. Children under the age of 14 years old may not use the hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Children under the age of 10 years old may not use the fitness center. No spa services will be provided for anyone under the age of 12 years old. Spa services for those aged 12-15 years old must have adult guardian accompaniment in treatment room with a signed release form. Spa services for those aged 16-17 years old must have a release form signed by an adult guardian before the start of the treatment.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
