"Was looking to book another place near Killarney and one day was not available so looked elsewhere. Glad we did. Boutique hotel for sure but everything was exceptional. Easy to find and central to Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula. Even though it is a small hotel it has a great bar, great restaurant, and as a bonus some of the best staff I have ever met in an establishment."

"The Arbutus Hotel takes customer service to a whole new level. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. The servers and receptionist were particularly attentive to my mother's gluten restriction with breakfast and dinner. The hotel is in a beautiful building with lots of intricate decorations and objects to look at. Our room, however, needed work. The heating came through an overhead fan that made noise every time the vents opened or shut, so I had to sleep with earplugs. The bathroom fan was also loud. The lights were confusing to operate, and one of the bedside lamps didn't work. The room was mostly clean, but the shower had some mold."

"We loved our stay at The Killarney Royal Townhouse. Location was great. The room was beautiful, spacious, meticulously clean and very comfortable. True room keys made it feel unique and special. All of the staff were very welcoming and attentive-from reception, to bar staff and breakfast service. We would love to visit again if we come back to Killarney."
