Ground Level-Poolside Paradise: Step outside to a pool area that truly goes "Beyond Paradise"! The poolside patio features an air-conditioned full kitchen, patio with a dining table, as well as covered bar seating that overlooks the pool area. A large sauna and air-conditioned full bathroom are connected to the patio area. The spacious deck around the pool features upscale lounge furniture and plenty of space for all! Play all day in the private pool, with waterfall feature, a kiddie pool and a spa bubbler. There are two standalone hot tubs poolside for ultimate relaxation. From the pool area, there is a private walkway over the dune to the beach with two outdoor showers and foot washes for rinsing the sand off on the way back.

Elevator access goes from the ground level, up to the second and third levels (no elevator access to the top level). Upon entering the inside of the home, luxury immediately greets you in the grand foyer (that extends from the ground floor all the way to the top level) with a custom marble floor medallion and a beautiful chandelier. The sitting room with game table is perfect for your vacation puzzles or enjoying a cup of coffee, while the comfortable sofas and TV are perfect for viewing your favorite shows. The exterior door in the sitting room allows access to the front of the house, allowing you to carry in luggage, supplies or wheelchairs, eliminating having to carry heavy items upstairs to the front door. The laundry room/kitchenette includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee makers, as well as three sets of front load washers and dryers. The exterior door gives access to the pool patio, backyard, and pool.

There are 3 big-screen TVs to enjoy while you play or speakers and a dedicated receiver if you prefer to put on your favorite playlist instead. Snacks and cold drinks are just a few steps away at the nearby bar which includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, icemaker, coffeemaker, Margaritaville machine, slushie maker, and microwave. There is a half bathroom for convenience and doors leading to a large, covered deck with sparkling ocean views, table and chairs and a bar overlooking the pool.

This level offers 6 King Master Bedrooms (2 with deck access) and a Master Bedroom with a Full/ Full Bunk, each with a TV and private bathroom.

Level 3: The Great room offers floor to ceiling windows, comfortable sofas, TV, gas fireplace and an office nook with a desk. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with three ovens, two 5-burner gas cooktops, three refrigerators, two dishwashers, an icemaker, and plenty of counter space. Dining options include three large dining tables with seating for 38, countertop seating for 5 at the kitchen bar, or you can choose to dine al fresco on the oversized open-air deck. The spacious deck features an outdoor dining table, as well as cafe-style tables and chairs, along with panoramic views of the ocean.

There are 4 King Master Bedroom Suites on this level all with a Smart TV and private bathroom. The Grand Master bedroom is extra luxurious with hand painted columns and a custom mural, a spacious sitting area, work area with a desk, two slider doors leading to a covered sunset deck, a walk-in closet with a washer and dryer, and an oversized bathroom with a walk-in shower and whirlpool tub for ultimate relaxation.

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

This property has a ring doorbell camera at the front door and a camera overlooking the driveway facing away from the home.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleeper sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. Blankets provided in closets. This home also provides 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: (Optional for event/wedding reservations only). This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 100 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $3000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.
