Nostalgic 1960's beach house in Kill Devil Hills close to beach access.

1960's beach house in Kill Devil Hills that will take you back in time. It is only a three minute walk to the Helga Street beach access, and is located close to dining and shopping. Avalon Fishing pier is less than a mile away. The house features three bedrooms. One with a queen size bed, one with a full-size bed, and one with a twin over full bunk bed. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower inside of the house and an enclosed outside shower and toilet. Two patio spaces outback provide plenty of room to relax and enjoy the ocean air. Inside you will find a large living room with abundant seating options for multiple activities. The house has not been renovated and we are constantly making improvements and updates as time allows. This house has been in our family since 1986, and for those who have been traveling to the Outer Banks from the 80's to the early 2000's, it will remind of you of earlier, simpler, and hopefully, fond memories. For those who are just beginning to make memories in the Outer Banks, I hope the Duck Inn can be a part of that.
