  • More Beach Time cottage, priced for weekend stays or longer, short walking distance to 1st street beach access, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, movie theater and the Avalon Pier. We have beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach toys. Our well-appointed home is right in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. As experienced hosts, we know how to make your stay comfortable for seasoned guests and visitors new to the OBX.

    Moore Beach Time was built in 1967 in an era that was much slower paced than today. Our house has seen her share of hurricanes, nor'easters, wind and salt air and she has developed a special character along with some other quirks that we find endearing and hope you will too.
    The space is ideal for active families or groups of friends.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Really cute and clean property. 3 Bedrooms upstairs and an in-law suite downstairs was so perfect! Communicative and friendly owners and neighbors. Will definitely be staying again!

Lovely house

Very comfortable for our family of 5 and dog. Easy walk to the beach. There is a grocery store right nearby. Screened in porch was very nice. Communication with Mark was very easy. We really enjoyed the grill setup. It was nice to be able to eat at home and not have to go out to dinner each night. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay! Short walk to beach access, really close to all stores and shops. House was perfect for our stay. One of the cleanest houses we've stayed in, stocked with everything you need for your stay. Can't wait to visit again
