Lovely 4 BR, 3 1/2 baths, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, spacious living room, game room, 2 decks overlooking the pool & and a 2 car garage with pool table/ a ping pong table. Plenty of on premises parking. The gameroom is spacious and has plenty of games for family and friends to enjoy indoor activities. It's a short bike ride to the beach and a shorter walk to the sound, enjoy both worlds.

This three story house was perfect for our vacation! Plenty of room for our party of 7 to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Lots of Paper towels and toilet paper provided as well as dish/hand/laundry soaps. Plenty of beach chairs. The game room with pool table was a hit for our crew! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well! Morning walks down by the sound were pleasurable. Everyone in the neighborhood was so kind. The beach was a little too far to walk (6min drive) for us but there are plenty of beach accesses to park. House was clean and host was very responsive and attentive to our needs! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Suggestions, spacious but needs updating

The home is spacious with high ceilings and a nice pool. It is enough for 4 couples or 2 couples with kids. The host responds very quickly. Lots of games available for everyone, but I won't call it a 'luxury' house. It has a very effective air conditioner. Here's what we experienced and have suggestions for the future: 1. Kitchen needs an electric kettle 2. Kitchen sink needs a garbage disposer 3.Kitchen needs more glassware instead of plastic ware 4. Bathrooms have no vents, so they definitely need to have air freshners available 6. Home needs pest control, there was a roach in one and spider in a 2nd bedroom Location is closer to the sound but near enough to the beach. Very close access to the grocery store and Belk. Overall a decent stay.

Great family trip

We had so much fun at this property! Easy walk to the beach (with a baby wagon) Felt really secure with young kids near the pool as the sliding glass doors were too heavy for them to open. Lots of amenities others had left behind. Wagon, boogie boards, water guns, beach chairs and umbrella. (Not guaranteed) playrooms kept everyone entertained. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and blending. We’d love to return.

Great Trip, Dont get me wrong.

The trip was good overall. The first night/day, there was no running hot water. But talked to the manager of the property and they got out a technician as soon as they could. Found two cockroaches, one in the basement and one in the kitchen. People cannot keep all critters out of any home, i understand that. Just thought i would let the property manager and future guests know! I would still use this property again in the future.

Wonderful long weekend

We were just a group of friends looking to get away from work for a long weekend. The house was perfect for our trip. Pool, hot tub, game room, everything you need for a couple days of unwinding.

The house had everything we needed. We aqay from busy downtown, but close enough for a quick run to the store. Very nice location, would definitely recommend!

Awesome place!

We had a great stay! Beautiful house and was in a good location. Grocery store and gas station right around the corner and 25 min from where we were golfing. House was very clean and nicely furnished. Plenty of space for 10. Property owner was very responsive when I had a few questions about where items were on the house. Will def be staying here again!

Spring Break Get away!

My family and best friend’s )who is married to my cousin) decided to do Spring Break somewhere we could drive with kids! The trip was good! The house accommodations was perfect for the 10 of us and details to attention was very helpful! The kids enjoyed the beach, which was a 15 minute walk from the house. We did not get to enjoy the pool because it had not been cleaned. How, the guys enjoyed the Hot tub. We talked about doing another trip there! ThAnk for helping us create a great family memory!!

Loved our stay! House was the perfect size and accommodations for two families - 4 adults and 5 kiddos. The pool was very clean and there was lots of seating outside. Basement door to pool access also had a pool alarm, which was comforting, since we had little ones. Neighborhood was quiet. Loved all the smart TVs and open kitchen and family room. Outdoor balconies were nice, but needed to be sprayed and cleaned/ power washed, there were lots of spiders and webs, so we didn’t sit out very much. Also one of the stair cases had some very loose spindles, which should be repaired. Would rent here again!
