Upper Level: Expansive Great Room w/Living Room, Kitchen, Dining & Oceanfront Breakfast Nook, King Master Bedroom w/Jetted Tub & Stand Alone Shower, Powder Room.

2026 Pool Dates: 4/18 - 10/16

Pool Heat Fee: $600 ** Pool Heat NOT available in June, July or August
Please note that pool heat can only raise the temperature 10 degrees higher than the consistent ambient air temperature (60 degrees and higher, pool heat does not work if the air temperature is below 60 degrees), and that pool heat systems vary in capability based on temperature and other factors.

Family vacation

Property is in a great location and the house was beautiful. Cleaning could definitely use some work. Picnic bench was broken and the walkway to beach definitely could use some TLC but overall the house is very nice and well stocked.
