This Outer Banks vacation rental is upstairs and is the other half of 5212B, John and June's Place. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms there's plenty of space for everyone at this Kill Devil Hills home. At Cotton's Cabana, you'll be just a short walk away from the stunning Outer Banks beaches, great local dining, shopping, and more. Take a short drive and visit the Wright Brothers Monument, climb Jockey's Ridge in Nags Head, and explore all the OBX has to offer. Plus, you can truly bring the whole family with you; Cotton's Cabana is pet friendly!

Cotton's Cabana is a top level rental only. The downstairs unit is completely separate with no access so you'll be sure to have the privacy you need during your stay. Inside Cotton's Cabana, you'll find an open living area complete with flat screen TV, ample seating, and everything you need to make the most of your stay. Cotton's Cabana features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating for 3 and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the furnished deck or one more level up on the sun deck that gives you beautiful views of the ocean! Each bedroom is spacious and provides everything you need for restful sleep and much needed relaxation during your Outer Banks vacation.

Pets Welcome - fee applies. Dog Crate Provided.

Best house on Sir Walter!

The proximity to the beach, cleanliness, amenities…I could go on forever. This was our first vacation with our children and renting this house was a large part of the trip being a success. The second level is very spacious and nicely decorated. You can tell they are updating things inside and that the home is well cared for. We hope to rent again next year! Thank you!!

Roomy & Well Maintained

Everything about the property and location was great. If I had to nit-pick, the only slight issue was the hot water in the faucets and showers was lukewarm. A slight adjustment on the hot water heater would solve that. We would surely stay here again. For folks wondering about the distance to the beach, it's about a five minute walk.

Back in OBX

Great location! Place was really well maintained and clean. Very comfortable for my family of 4 adults. A real gem! Even with the apartment downstairs, the residence is configured so that the privacy of both parties is maintained.

Loved Cotton's Cabana!

Absolutely perfect for 5 adults and a dog. Favorite features were the short walk to the beach, fenced backyard, gated deck, fireplace and big screen tv. Absolutely no complaints!

Pet friendly property

This was a great pet friendly rental. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The rooftop deck was great. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pooch. We would definitely recommend!

Relaxing

The property was well maintained and inviting. It is a pet friendly location and the small yard in the back was great for the dog to roam. Location was nice to walk to the beach. The new carpeting was a nice surprise and the ample amount of pots and pans were great. The only minor issues were the master bathroom was very small, shower heads were not very powerful, the front door locking mechanism didn't work all the time and the TV's didn't work well all the time with bad connections. Overall, we enjoyed staying there and would stay again in the future.

Great OBX Getaway

Ideal location a short walk from the beach with lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The deck was a great way to spend the evenings and we also enjoyed the sunroom on rainy days. The house also just underwent a number of updates (furniture, TVs, etc.) that weren’t shown in the original listing, which was a plus. We had a great time.
