This house was not clean!! When we got there, we vacuumed the floors, furniture, and washed the comforters. We also vacuumed the beds. The reason we felt a need to do this was because dog hair was all over everything. At 10:30pm on the first day of check-in, the owner cut the water off until 8:30am the following morning. They can access the water through an app on their phone. Their reasoning was that the water ran for 17 minutes straight. We had 6 people in the house trying to shower so half of us couldn’t have showers until morning when the water was cut back on. We couldn’t use the toilets all night either so some of us went to Lowe’s across the street to use the bathroom in the morning The house also had ants in the kitchen so we couldn’t leave anything on the counters because they would get in it. The backyard grass was so tall that we couldn’t even play games we brought. We requested that it be cut, but that never happened. We would NEVER recommend this property to anyone based on our experience nor will we ever stay there again.
