「Nice spacious rooms with comfortable beds and directly hot water in the shower in the bathroom. Good breakfast in a breakfasroom with splendid views over the golfcourse and surrounding hills.」

「We had a lovely stay at Firecastle. Kildare is a magical area with lots to do and see in walking distance. The room we stayed in was beautiful and well appointed, breakfast was delicious and the staff were all really nice. I highly recommend Firecastle.」

「We stayed at the Voco Club for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The property was fabulous. Great rooms, very spacious, very comfortable, very clean. Excellent breakfasts and excellent Sunday roast. Great service and Michelle was such a lovely waitress, very friendly and very professional and very knowledgeable about the area. Thank you all for a lovely stay.」

「The Abhainn Ri B&B was one of the most beautiful properties I have ever stayed at. The land is STUNNING, the breakfast was delicious, and Niamh is kind, helpful, and welcoming. One of my favorite parts about our stay was taking a sunset walk on the property grounds and being present with the Irish countryside. Other highlights include the delicious homemade scones in the morning and how comfortable our room was. When I come back to Ireland, I will certainly make a point to revisit Abhainn Ri.」

「It was a classic Irish hotel with wonderful restaurant and bar food and service. And very close and convenient to get back to fly home from Dublin.」

「This is a great place to get away. The hosts are amazing! Great shops within 20min and a beautiful property. If going far, take a taxi to the train station, taxis are very expensive.」

「The hotel is a true old world charm property set in a very peaceful and serene environment. The property is well maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. The bed especially is very comfortable. The food and service is also excellent even though it is very full at weekends as it is a popular wedding and event property. There is a true commitment to quality and sincere warmth in both staff and housekeeping.」

「Kilkea Castle was a wonderful stay. Last minute we booked a room in the Lodges; unfortunately, the actual Castle was all booked up. This didn’t lessen the experience though. The lodge room was clean, comfortable, well-appointed and had a fairway view. We were also able to use the facilities in the castle itself. We weren’t there to golf and that was just as well as the course was closed for maintenance. As a golfer the course did look like a premium course, and I’d love to go back for...
