「A delightful place to stay in a great location with lovely hosts. A short 10-15 minute walk and you're in middle of town with all the sights. Breakfast consists of lots of fresh homemade options that are top notch. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with refreshments and amazing smelling toiletries. Would love to stay again. Look no further, this is the one you should book. 」

With a peaceful walled garden, off-street parking, complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and a DVD/ Book library to lounge in with a furry friend. A short drive to York or York Park & Ride, and many Michelin pubs in the area. I very much liked this place, and I will return.」

「Michael and his wife were the perfect hosts providing a lovely accommodation. We stayed in room 11 which was beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and with all ammenities. The dining and bar areas were great and very clean. As room 11 in on the ground floor and street side you will get traffic noise throughout the night but otherwise very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh and plenty of variety. Parking was convenient and location to the old town excellent. Also plenty of eating...
