The weather was amazing. We loved Big Beach and Kamaole Beach Park III. The road to Hana, surf lessons in Lahaina and a visit to Paia were are all highlights. The townhouse is well equipped with beach gear in addition to a great location across from Sugar Beach - ideal for long sunrise and sunset walks. We’ll be back!

We had an amazing time staying at unit 313 at Kihei Holiday. The condo was super clean, included all the essential ammenities, and the rental car add on was a nice bonus. The pool was refreshing after a day of snorkeling and beach time and the condo is located in a super convenient location. We will most definitely stay there again. Mahalo to Megan and Bryan!

Overall I was very happy with my stay at Megan's rental. Kihei is a good place to set up a base camp for your Maui vacation, and the view from the condo is beautiful. When we first got in the rental wasn't ready, but Megan was easy to get in touch with and she tried to remedy the issues as soon as she could. I would recommend staying here.

This two bedroom condo has a fabulous view of the ocean from the lanai. It is well-located on Sugar Beach - quiet, yet easy to get around from. All modern conveniences are available and in excellent working condition. The owner responds quickly to messages. Overall, a great vacation "hale".

It's great being at a walking distance to the beach. Quite area people are so respectful and friendly. Being in Kihei are was enjoyable, didn't seem to tourist which made it nice. For our first time in Maui, we are leaving with a very memorable visit that we'll always remember and have something to share with friends.

Great location. So close to the beach. The pool was perfect as well. Nice to be close to amenities yet far enough to be quiet and private. We were able to walk to grocery store and some restaurants. It felt central, part of the action , yet somewhat quiet. Perfect. We would stay again. The closeness of the beach was the big draw.

We loved our stay at Megan and Bryan's condo. They are quick to respond to any questions you may have about the condo or activities on the island. The view of the ocean from the lanai is superb! It's lovely to sit on the lanai in the morning watching the whales or to have a romantic dinner later on the lanai while watching a beautiful sunset. The condo is comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Sugar Beach is right across the road and it makes for a great picturesque walk, swim or bogie board. Centrally located to many other beaches , grocery stores and restaurants. Grounds well maintained too.

The condo was exactly as described - it had everything one needs to have a wonderful stay on Maui! Megan was quick to reply and even had a slight issue with toilet seat fixed immediately. The view from the lanai is perfect and with windows open the breeze is delightful. We enjoyed the pool and even the hot tub as well as Sugar Beach which is easily accessed from the complex. The complex is well maintained and very clean. We discovered Sugar Beach Bakery just north of the condo for yummy breakfast treats and desserts. There are grocery stores within a few miles as well as the Costco right by airport. If we are lucky enough to return to Maui I would not hesitate to stay at this condo - it is the perfect location and well provisioned.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely apartment. We were there for 7 nights and our stay was wonderful. Apartmant is equipped really good. Anything you think you'll find. The only little thing that bothered me was that bedrooms were always hot, no matter how many fans you turn on or AC it is hot, but i come from Alaska so not really used to hot. The other thing is ants. They are annoying but not so much if you are careful. I can only say that i am glad i choose this apartment, because it was beautiful, clean, fully equipped, good location, and probably when i plan vacation to maui again it's gonna be in same accommodation. The instructions we got prior to arriving from the expedia website are not accurate. Megan, will send directions to your email with a link to the VRBO app with check in directions and codes. We had flight delays and layovers and arrived to the property at 3 am our time. Using the codes listed on the expedia page did not work. Thankfully I had screenshot Megan's number. She called back within 15 minutes and gave us the actual passcodes. We enjoyed our stay very much after the initial confusion!

Booking was easy, Owner (Megan) responds quickly. Very accurate description of property. Quiet, great location, great price. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. A couple of notes (not complaints): Sunset view depends on time of year. Sunsets are spectacular over the water no matter what, but in winter, the actual view of the sun hitting the horizon is hidden by a tree. Once the sun comes north again in the spring it must be a rockin' view. Don't panic if the the A/C has been off before you get there. There's a great breeze front to back, and the wall unit will cool things down and keep them cool once you settle in. We arrived relatively late at night on a warm day, and the A/C had been off all day. Took some time to cool, but it' s fine once you get settled. Unit has everything you need to be comfortable - towels, kitchen, etc. All in would recommend this to anyone, and would stay there next trip to Maui!

We were so fortunate to have been able to rent Megan and Bryan’s unit in Kihei on the last leg of our trip to Maui! Everything was as reviewed and held no surprises. We were so blessed to have been able to see lots of whales daily from the lanai and the overall view was just a plus! Definitely will consider renting this unit again if we are fortunate enough to return to Maui in the future.

Loved that you could watch the sunset and whales from the deck and sugar beach is amazing. Highly recommend this condo very quiet and it has everything you need.
