The condo itself was perfect as we had 3 couples in our party and it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was clean and provided everything we needed to make coffee and breakfast as well as beach towels and chairs that we carried with us as we could walk to the beach from the condo. Great location in Kīhei. The only drawback is that there is no gate when entering the complex and a homeless person was able to drive his car recklessly onto the property, hit our rental car, and then run away.

Very clean, fully functional kitchen! In a great area with easy access to beaches, food, and restaurants. Only caveat is the balcony is a bit small - the AC unit takes up most of the balcony and blows air onto whoever’s next to it when it’s in use.

Great Kihei rental

This is a great 3 bed/3bath condo. The ocean views from the balcony are excellent. The condo itself works very well, and the 3 bathrooms are nice. The location is also excellent. Easy walking distance to beach/ocean as well as food/shopping. Highly recommended.

Will visit again!

Visiting Maui for a couple of days, we were so happy that we picked this condo. It’s spacious, ideally located next to two very walkable beaches, with all necessary beach amenities (beach chairs, umbrella, towels, kid’s sand toys, etc) and A+ A/C. It’s close to restaurants, supermarket (ABC store). We will be visiting again!

Great condo with an amazing view and plenty of space!

This condo was perfect for our group of 6. We each had our own room and bathroom with plenty of space in the common areas that it never really felt cramped. Being right next to shopping, the beach, delicious restaurants, and a grocery store made this location ideal for our stay!

It was a really nice place and would highly recommend it the location was perfect for us!

It was clean and quiet! Was only here 5 nights that went to fast! The only thing I would complain about is we only had 3 washcloths for 6 of us! I messaged Vacasa but they said they only give 1 per person, personally I like 1 for my face and 1 for my body. The location was so good!!!

Nice Property - ease of access - clean - 2 parking spots were helpful, needs new pictures from Lanai (new building next store not pictured) - they are not accurate - AC was a bit noisy on the Lanai - Lost power for a day with wind storm on Island - Also lost water for morning with plumbing work. I would entertain renting again at a good rate.

Pacific Shores Vacation

The condo was perfect for our Girls Get-a-way. Kihei is a nice location, very central to a lot of activities and most definitely the beach. Being from an area where the beaches are super crowded, it was nice having one very accessible and to go without stepping on another beach goer. The amenities in the condo were sufficient with the exception of a frying pan and maybe a smaller sauce pan. We would stay at this location again and would recommend it to others.

Pacific Shores A402 Stay

The condo was perfectly located near restaurants and stores and just across the street from the beach! It was clean and comfortable. We loved the 3 rooms and the 3 baths, great for 5-6 people. Balcony had a partial ocean view which was nice. Only concerns were the pool and BBQ area were not available due to renovation, but the overall property is well taken care of. An updated stove/oven would be a nice addition, but the one now is serviceable. I highly recommend this place for the room and location!

Great location

The location of this condo is wonderful! Across the street from very nice beaches and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It could use some updating and a coat of paint. Not many good accessories to cook more than just a little snack and not much room for storing groceries. The pictures on the website make it look much bigger than it is, but there was enough room for the 5 of us and having 3 bathrooms is very nice! The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of toys and chairs to bring to the beach. The washer and dryer were very convenient to have as well.

It worked

The pictures online are much nicer than reality. We were in Hawaii, so don't feel like we can complain, but it wasn't exactly what we expected. The unit was much smaller than pictures on the advertisement portrayed. It also had a musty smell that was hard to ignore. Upon arrival, the code we had received didn't work to enter the unit. I wish the pool had been functioning. We booked nearly 8 prior to our travel dates, thinking the construction would be done, but it was not. I know that's our own doing, it was just a bummer. Although there were a few hiccups, I will say that the customer service was very quick whenever we needed anything.

Decent Place to Stay

3 beds and 3 full baths, modestly equipped kitchen (plates, utensils, some cleaning supplies, basic cookware, coffee pot and fridge), and a pretty decent view of the ocean. This is not a bad stay but it is also not a glamorous place by any measure. The linens felt clean and the common areas are very clean. Under the beds needs vacuuming. Each room has its own AC unit, and while they aren’t the most effective, it will get the job done. I could not figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan in the front most bedroom but there were plenty of other fans in the closet to use, so no love lost there! This spot feels a bit dated, and there are chips in some of the walls where you can see the many layers of paint. Location is great. You have to cross a fairly busy street to get to the beach but it’s not bad at all. There’s a small public parking lot if you want to load up a car with the provided beach equipment (6 chairs, one umbrella, a boogie board, etc) and park closer to the beach. Otherwise, it’s very walkable and fairly easy to get down to the water. There’s some fun shopping and good food close by. Definitely within walking distance. Lots of coffee shops to try out that are near. Overall, I’d stay here again if I was looking for a comfortable place to lay my head.
