Sugar Beach Oceanfront Condo with Spectacular Views and Steps to Beach

Our one bedroom, one bath, non-smoking beachfront condo has amazing oceanfront views, and breathtaking sunsets from a private lanai. As you relax on the lanai, watch the Kihei Canoe Club glide by, as well as the waves breaking along the five miles of white sand beach!

Our condo is comfortably furnished and includes central air conditioning, wood floors throughout, a 55" flat-screen smart TV, and free Wi-Fi.

The complex consists of two six-story buildings, each with two elevators, covered free parking, an activity center, sandwich shop and bar. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a large pool, Jacuzzi, putting green, gas barbeque grills, without a resort fee!

Sugar Beach Resort is centrally located, just minutes away from many of Maui's world-famous beaches, renowned golf courses, Maalaea Harbor, and Maui Ocean Aquarium.

Wonderful Stay

This condo was the perfect spot for us. Having our coffee every morning on the balcony watching the waves and turtles is going to be hard to beat. The condo has everything you need and is in a great location.

Overall nice place and wonderful views from the lanei. Nice air conditioning and in unit washer and dryer. I think the owner could have supplied more than 3 rolls of toilet paper for a weeks stay for 2 people. Great location to get around the island.

Pictures are exactly what you see. Short drives to restaurants/food/etc. Nice quiet beach, I even got proposed to down at Sugar Beach while we stayed. We would definitely stay here again! 10/10

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this property. The view was exactly as you see it and as described. Everything was stocked. Some trouble getting the bedroom TV to work but that was the only issue.

Great location!

We loved our stay, the view from our balcony was perfection! Early morning sunrises, hearing the waves, and ending the night watching the sunset. Although you have to drive most places, you could walk on the beach to the local stores if needed. It was centrally located to everything in Kihei though. SO glad we stayed here!

Great Condo

The photo from the Lanai sums it up. Walk to the beach, ocean views, nice resort, great pool area, beach is not busy. The condo has just been renovated so everything is bright and shiny, modern bathroom, stainless appliances, etc. If you want to cook the kitchen has everything you'll need. I enjoyed my stay.

Room with a View

The space was efficient and neat. Well appointed kitchen and living room. Comfortable bed and sturdy, usable furniture. Beach accessories included chairs, boogie boards, cooler and beach bags. Grounds, pool and grill areas are clean and well manicured. The highlight is the view. We enjoyed sunsets, starry nights, ocean breezes and the surf. A great stay!

Beautiful OceanFront Property

This is a beautiful property. I liked the location as its close to restaurants and shops in Kihei but not in the busy area. The unit was updated and had everything you could need in the Kitchen to use, which is not common in a lot of rentals. I had an issue that was no fault of host,she responded quickly regarding the issue and did what she could on her end. If your looking for a rental i definitely would recommend this unit.

Love sugar beach

Open views and long sandy beach for walks are awesome and my number one priority. Kitchen is stocked with quality utensils and had everything we needed. We covered the sofa with the extra blanket because it didn’t feel or smell clean. Other than that it was perfect
