The entire process from check in to check out was absolutely flawless! The staff checked in regularly to make sure you were taken care of and had everything you needed. The condo was very clean, spacious, and comfortable to stay in. It felt like a home away from home! I loved the location of the space and it was so close to the beach, Grand Wailea, and shops. 10/10 recommend this place and would totally stay again on our next trip!

Overall it was a really good place to stay. Only thing that needed upgrade were the beach chairs. They were old and one of it was broken. Otherwise, I would stay there again.

Condo with sunset view

Excellent location in Wailea. 7-10 minute walk to Wailea shops. Pros: - Apartment was on the second floor with the balcony with a private feel, thanks to layout design and strategically positioned trees and brush. - Most nights we just watched sunset from the balcony - Location - Lots of windows and light in the living room - Two full bathrooms with super quiet Panasonic fans - good sized modern step-in glass shower in bedroom bathroom - solid kitchen appliance but needs modern blender Neutral: The furniture is dated flowery Hawaiian design. Modern furniture and solid colors would've given this condo more modern loft feel. Cons: - bed is Full/Double size and that's a bummer. We're on a smaller side and it was ok. For people with larger body frames it's going to be tight - condo is smaller than it seems in the pictures - window ACs instead of central air which was fine for the living room but too noisy for bedroom to use at night Bedroom AC which was replaced while we were there is as loud as washer. Bedroom is on the smaller side (12x12 or so) and AC is just 3-4 feet away from the bed. We're sensitive to noise, and had to turn off AC before going to bed. To get by, we ran living room AC and ceiling fan in the bedroom. We don't need an ice-box and it worked fine for us. If you're used to window AC noise, you might be fine with the set up there. In the end, would we rent it again? Probably. We liked the sunset view from the balcony and windows.

Ideal location, well-equipped condo

Perfect location, spacious condo, kitchen well-equipped with all necessary things (and more...). Ocean view from balcony, pool in the facility with grill area, we had everything we needed! Manager super flexible!

Great stay but get a new mattress!

Overall, the stay was good. Just as seen on the pictures. Communication was easy. However, the mattress needs replacing immediately!!! Our backs were in pain throughout our stay! Once we got home to our mattress we were not waking up with pack pains.

Very nice unit, one hiccup...

The unit was very clean upon arrival and was made available about an hour earlier than the listed check in time. This was our second time staying in Grand Champions, but first time in this unit. We love GC for its aesthetic value and location. The one hiccup...my wife decided to wash a couple of items after our first night in the unit and discovered that the dryer was not working properly. The property management company called that morning for their standard check-in process. I informed that the dryer was not working and they said they will have a service person over that day. This was all great... We arrived back at the unit later that day and the service person left a note stating that he noticed the dryer door had issues, but was able to get the dryer to tumble after closing the door hard. He said he was going to send another service person right away. Well...he actually broke the door more and we never saw another service person during our stay. My wife attempted to wash 4 shirts as a trial run after the initial service person visit. It took well over 3 hrs to dry them. One of the biggest benefits of a condo unit over a resort, when vacation by an ocean, is in-unit washer and dryer access. We packed expecting this benefit. Hopefully, the property management is able to repair/replace the washer/dryer unit for future guest. While the issue was an inconvenience, we will still consider returning to this unit for future Maui visits.

Contactless check in was so simple! The condo is spacious, clean, simply and beautifully decorated with an awesome balcony! A short walk to the beach, shops at Wailea, convenience stores, resorts, restaurants! Staying here again for the next trip!

Best by far

This condo is fantastic! It was super clean and well maintained. The deck looks out onto the adjacent golf course but with plenty of mature tropical foliage to afford tons of privacy. Ocean views and a front row seat to the gorgeous sunset every night. Top floor so no noise intrusions - very peaceful! I've stayed at condos in Maui before and this is the best by far I've had. The location is awesome, 1 block from the Shops at Wailea and several great eateries. Love love loved this place!

GORGEOUS SUITE BUT YOU MAY WANT TO CHANGE OUT THE MAIN BED

The property and the condo itself are terrific. We have stayed at Grand Champions since 2016 and love it! Moved from the Fairway side over to the Tennis Court side into a one bedroom for a 1 week extension to our trip and really loved the condo with one exception....the bedroom has a very small queen size bed! I thought it was a double! The bed was also a bit lumpy! I would strongly suggest the owners purchase a KIng size bed and if they were to do that we would book there again in a minute! Only other negative was the washing machine doesn't work properly (doesn't spin/drain) so left with sopping wet clothes to try and wring out and dry before packing into our suitcases!
