We are less than 20 minutes from the Kahului Airport and near lots of shopping, restaurants and activities! You can also feel free to volunteer with Maui Rapid Response or Maui Humane Society while you are here.
We will have a new owner in the Summer of 2025, and they will be doing a renovation of all 6 units in Fall, 2025. We are offering a Summer Special for folks that understand our units are clean but may be dated.
We would love for you to stay at our boutique property with only 6 units, courtyard with a pool, outdoor BBQ and plenty of seating! Or, walk across the street to the beach!
The Space:
Come and enjoy your Maui Vacation in a "private" tropical setting!
Pikake Studio is located within a small boutique property with only 6 units. We are located across the street from the beach. The complex has a pool in our courtyard area with an outdoor BBQ, tables and chairs for outdoor dining, lounge chairs and beautiful tropical landscaping.
(Please note: if your flight arrives early on your day of arrival or departs late at night on your departure day, you may want to consider booking an additional day so you can be guaranteed to have your condo ready early or stay late. We have a lot of back-to-back bookings and your chance of getting an early check in or late check out is VERY limited. Please check your flights ahead of time when you are booking. We HIGHLY recommend booking an additional day if you have a flight that departs after 6PM, so you can enjoy your last day on Maui at the beach or the pool on property and still be able to shower prior to getting on your flight).
We charge $185 per reservation cleaning fee. This is a "fair wage" and what our housekeeper charges us. We have a $25 resort fee per booking to cover the Maui Wildfire Devastating Insurance cost.

Our studio features the following:
• Microwave and dishes to do light cooking
• Queen size bed located upstairs with a bathroom
• Private entrance with the studio located on the 2nd floor
• Lanai located off the unit for private outdoor seating
• Short distance to the beach (across the street)
• Free Parking in our parking lot in front of the complex
• Pool, lounge chairs, bar top seating and BBQ with tropical landscaping
• Half bath located by the pool area on the side of the far building
• Two outdoor showers near the pool
• One of the outdoor showers at the back of the property is semi-private with a door
• Laundry room on site with two free washers/dryers for our guests to use
• We provide beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for guests to enjoy at the beach
There is a full flight of stairs to get to Studio. We would love to have you stay with us! The entire studio is private and for your enjoyment.

If you choose to book and have to cancel your reservation within our cancellation policy, you have the option to purchase travel insurance in advance. Please check with your booking site or book your trip insurance with a private company.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire Studio and the courtyard with the pool, lounge chairs and BBQ. Please note, there is no lifeguard on duty at any time. Parents are required to be with children under 14 at the pool at all times. There is beach access across the street.
The Neighborhood:
We are located on South Kihei Road (in North Kihei) across from the beach, short distance to shops and restaurants.
Getting Around:
If you rent a car, parking is free at our complex, or you can book a ride share company! We are approximately 15 to 18 minutes from the Kahului Airport.
Other Things to Note:
Boutique resort with only 6 units in the complex. We offer a pool, BBQ, outdoor seating with tables and chairs. Each unit leads to the courtyard area with the pool. Please note, there is no lifeguard on duty at any time. Parents are responsible to be at the pool at ALL times with children under 14.
