Welcome to Kihei Holiday 106, a bright and breezy 2-bedroom, 1-bath ground-floor condo perfectly located in North Kihei, just steps from a large stretch of white sand beach ideal for morning walks, ocean swims, and Maui sunsets.

This inviting condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, featuring two queen bedrooms, a modern tile shower with dual sinks, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen makes meal prep easy with everything you need — plus barstool seating and a dining table for family meals or casual bites before hitting the beach.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir waren 10 Nächte in der Wohnung und hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Da aber so viel schon da ist, mussten wir zum Teil erst ein bisschen Platz schaffen, um all unsere Dinge unterzubringen - mit Kind hat man einfach sehr viel zu verstauen :-). Die Lage direkt am Meer - einfach genial! Wir haben viele unvergessliche Sonnenuntergänge erlebt und den Pool hatten wir oft alleine für uns. Die Kommunikation mit Robert war einwandfrei! Und besonders super war, dass wir am Abreisetag erst abends auschecken konnten.

We love this condo beach is right there walk right out to pool close enough to every thing yet just far from the crowded beachs . The host is helpful and responds quick. This was our third stay here and will be back next year.

Great spot, across the road from the beach. Nice swimming pool. Easy parking. Ground floor. Super well appointed with kitchen and beach supplies. A bright and breezy kitchen, dining area and lanai. The sitting area, bedrooms and bathroom were all very adequate but a little dowdy. Overall a great place to stay. Four and a half stars.

Do not stay here if you value cleanliness

To say we were disappointed with this property would be a massive understatement. Vrbo has a character limit so in short: this condo was disgusting. The host was very much aware of the condition of the unit & offered zero assistance & even stopped responding, despite us being overly polite. I have written confirmation from Vrbo customer service that the state of the property was very concerning. So, this property has now been reported to the Hawaii dept of public health. The details: - stained bedspread, yellowed/stained pillows - Kitchen counter so dirty that it turned a paper towel dark brown - Dirty plates with old food crusted on them - Mold around the ice maker - At least 8 roaches running all over the silverware, throughout the drawers, inside the dishwasher - floor turned my feet black right after scrubbing them in the shower - Shower tiles stained/covered in soap scum - Bedroom carpeting is disgustingly, horribly stained all over the entire carpet - Black mold on the shower curtain, black dirt/dust all over the sink next to the washer/dryer, on the shower shelf I wish I could say this was an exaggeration, but I have picture proof of everything listed. This is exactly why Vrbo should allow photos to be included in reviews. I’m sure the host will try to respond with an excuse, but the bottom line is that this condo was DIRTY. Host also makes you wash towels & threatens to charge you if you use the single AC unit “too much,” as if your comfort isn’t determined by you.

Good location

This Kihei condo is in a great location with a quick 30 second walk to the beach, is equipped with all the necessary beach stuff and so close to all the good food spots in Kihei. It was plenty of room for our family of four and the host was great with communication. Our biggest complaint is that the unit could use a little updating of decor and it wasn't very clean. The shower floor had pink mold, the shower curtain had black mold, the bedroom lamp shades were thick with dust and the bedsheets/comforters had stains and weren't very comfortable/made of a cheap material. The check out instructions included us doing some laundry and based off of that, we wondered if the sheets had been recently cleaned because the laundry we did with the provided detergents had a very strong clean scent. Overall, I think the location of this unit is fantastic and the host really cares about the property. But I think it needs to be better cleaned more regularly for a more comfortable stay.

Vacation holiday

We had a great time at Kehei Holiday. Robert, the host, was welcoming and responsive to questions. The property is well maintained and a simple crossing of the street to beach access! The condo was well stocked with amenities, including beach gear (snorkels, towels, cooler, and umbrella). The condo is older, but we did not mind this as all the amenities are in working order. There is a single AC unit in the living room. We slept with the window breeze and fans with no issue. It was nice to be able to hear the ocean. We would stay here again.

A great place to stay

We enjoyed our time in Kihei and the townhouse was an added plus. It had lots of room, cool breezes that kept the AC off, and a nice pool to cool off in. Just plan to spend part of your last day washing towels. Overall we would love to stay here again.

A fantastic Maui condo

Condo was clean, well maintained, and nicely appointed. The owner/host was very gracious and went out of his way with some personalized communication/accommodation to make sure we felt comfortable and welcome. Also, the fact that the condo had several coolers to choose from, beach chairs/towels/umbrelllas, and two snorkels was really nice - we were all set for days at the beach! Morning coffee on the lanai was dreamy, and the clean and beautiful pool was only steps away. Neighbors were nice, complex was quiet, and a great location to start adventures in Kihei or greater Maui. Catching the sunset and dipping our toes in the waves at the beach right across the street was an added bonus. Thanks so much, Robert for helping make our vacation so perfect and memorable!

Great Stay!

Great location! So close to amazing shaved ice and an ABC store. And guess what? It's right across the street from the beach! Although, I have to be honest, swimming there might not be the best idea. But no worries, we found some awesome beaches at kamaole for our beach days. And the condo had everything we needed for a beach adventure. Oh, and let's not forget about the pool and hot tub. They're pretty nice. Just a heads up though, if you have playful children, you might have some watchful eyes from nearby tenants. Not sure if they're the managers, but they seemed to always be keeping an eye on us, which was a bit annoying. But overall, our stay was fantastic and we would definitely recommend it!

Maui adventure

We loved the locatio so close to beach. Still had a great view from patio of tropical fliwers and plants even though on 1st floor. Host had every beach amenity needed to make time enjoyable down to a cooler and ice packs. Host was always available. We r definitely returning.

Wonderful place to enjoy Maui

We had never stayed in this area of Kihei, although we have made many Maui trips over the years, but mainly to the south near the Kam beaches 1-3. What a great surprise. The beach was walkable and very private - on the other side of the dunes from the road. The condo was comfy, clean and well equipped. Also quiet and private feeling. Robert is an amazing host and available to help with whatever you need. Gave us a new appreciation of north Kihei and the more wild feel compared to the busier south. And, right next door is Isana, probably the best or almost best place to eat on Maui. Overall, definitely worth a return visit.

horrible check in process, host hardly reachable

Communication is below any imaginable standard. If something happens and you need to reach anyone for help - good luck! Came first day - was not able to check-in, contacted VRBO - they could not get hold of the host either until next day. VRBO arranged one night accommodation for us. If you'd like a little adventure of finding hotel room in the middle of the night - go ahead and book this property, you will get it!

Exceeded Expectations in Every Possible Way!!

We arrived the day of the tragic fire. The plan was to stay in Lahaina the first three days on the island, and the remainder of the week at this property. After spending one night in the rental car and unable to find anywhere to stay I called Robert (the owner/property manager) Robert did everything he could to get us in to his beautiful place a couple days early and lets us stay an extra day due to our flight being delayed. What a Great Person Robert was to us, very concerned, hospitable and caring he totally saved our time there. given the circumstances. PLEASE if you are considering a vacation to Maui, Kihei would be perfect. The town is beautiful, the rest of the island is open, the people of Maui are so nice and would be grateful to have you there I will be back. Thank You so Much Robert!!!!!

Cute little place but only ac unit is in one room, and the bedrooms are extremely hot and loud because the windows don’t close all the way If you use the one AC in the living room too much, they charge you extra, even though it’s listed as an amenity Place would be pretty good if there was central air in the bedrooms and windows that shut! It’s nice that there’s a washer and dryer and there’s also plenty of dishes. Pool and hot tub are usually empty Property manager is easy to communicate with

Great Stay in Kihei

Robert is a great host and the condo is a home away from home. It was clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed plus some unexpected items like beach chairs and a cooler for picnics. You can’t beat the location. It’s walking distance to the beach and about 30 feet from the pool. We will definitely be back!

Great family vacation in Kihei/Maui

We had a beautiful stay in Robert's condo. It's not modern but very functional and fully equiped. Robert is a great host and reponded very quickly if we had any questions. Our kids loved to play in the yard just in front the patio. The pool is clean and big enough. The location is central and it was very easy to travel around Maui. Great beaches, markets, restaurants just near by the condo. Just a little note about the bedrooms, if you like to sleepin bring ear plugs because the birds will wake you up at 5:30-6:00 am. We like to wake up early but I realized that it might be a problem for other people.

Lovely place near Kihei beaches

We loved the rental unit . Very clean. Has everything you need - dishes , towels , laundry supply , linens and more . Walkable to beach . Loved having coffee every morning on beach !
