Pros: location, views, high power binoculars for whale watching, comfortable beds with lots of pillows, cold AC for warm afternoons, beautifully upgraded finishes. Cons: a HUGE issue if you are a light sleeper is the pump that removes water from AC units (located in ocean front bedroom). It vibrates extremely loud when it runs all throughout the night. And I do mean ALL throughout the night - 4 am it ran for 12 minutes, shut off for 10 mins & ran again for another 12 minutes. That is just 1 example on 1 night of 1 episode. It happened every single night and is not something we could sleep through. The management company was contacted after night 1 and again after night 4 where they continued to assure me “this is normal operation” and no one ever came out to actually look at it. Even after I sent a video to them with the loud vibration sound from a 3 am awakening. Sadly, even though the unit is beautiful and the location is perfect, I would never stay in this unit again unless that pump is replaced. It even runs when all AC units are turned off, so opening windows for cool breezes won’t save you from the vibration noises of the water removing pump.
