Couch bed was broken and unusable, leaving only a queen. Also, attempted to contact the owner for 12 hours with no reply. This cost me an additional 2 uber trips to another location. Otherwise, a lovely place!

Interacting with the host was helpful and perfect. The studio condo was cute and filled with many amenities. (suggestion: trade out coffee pot for pot/pod combo). However, condo is located on a busy road (across the street from the beach). Coming from a quiet neighborhood, we found it difficult to sleep.

This studio was the perfect place! It was close to the beach and all the great local eateries in Kihei. The location was great to catch a beautiful sunset on the lanai.The studio was clean for the most part, however the floors could’ve been swept and wiped down before our arrival as the bottom of our feet would turn black from the dirt and sand.

The room was very clean and had a Bright Hawaiian décor. There was a Nice protective small sandy beach across the street. Full Fridge came in handy. Had to be very careful taking a shower in the bathtub-wish there was a small bath mat. Bring earplugs, because it's next to the main road. The parking fills up really fast at night. I did not use the pool or BBQ, but had to fill in something on the survey. Suppose to be a nice restaurant across the street call Monsoon, which I did not make it to. My rating is 4.6. I would stay here again.

Staying at Jennifer's condo at Kihei Bay Surf was so relaxing and exactly as the description and photos depicted on VRBO. The location was close enough to the heart of Kihei but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Being directly across the street from Kalepolepo Beach was so convenient. Having my morning coffee on the lanai every morning with an ocean view was a highlight of this comfortable condo. Short Maui Studio Apartment Rental

Check-in at 4 PM was a bit later than we would have liked, but overall, this studio had everything we needed for a quick stay on the island. The air conditioner was a nice bonus, and while the space is small, it worked perfectly for us since we spent most of our time out exploring. If you plan to hang out in the room a lot, it might feel a little cramped.The location is fantastic; right across the street from a gorgeous beach and within walking distance of a grocery store and great restaurants. The price was reasonable, and we’d definitely stay here again!

3 Days at Kihei

We only had 3 days for our first visit to Maui and were really pleased with the location (close to the beach, humpback whale centre, shops & restaurants) and amenities of the Ocean View Studio. (Got to say - we did not get a chance to try out the pool or BBQ - but would have done so if we had stayed longer). We really appreciated the fans and big windows (did not use the A/C at all). We also made good use of the beach extras (chairs, towels, soft cooler). One negative was that we didn't realize that the road in front of the suite was the main drag for the "Kihei Strip" - We found that the traffic noise was quite noticeable (with doors and windows open). Otherwise the suite was clean and comfortable and made a good base camp for our short expedition.

Wonderful stay!

Great location and great place for a couple. It’s as described. Right across the street from the beach offering superb sunsets. Comfy place that’s well stocked with spices, tp, paper towels - all the things you usually have to buy at a VRBO. We never got a location from VRBO (no “here are you keys” email), but the host replied immediately upon our message. I would definitely stay here again!
