We are fellow hosts and this was our favorite property we have stayed at in our multiple trips to hawaii. This neighborhood is highly sought after and the pool behind Ulua beach is stunning. You are sandwiched between 1000/night hotels yet get a local community experience. World class golf is 3 min down the road and you can walk to a plethora of bars and restaurants next door with the shops of wailea. Bed was comfy, plenty of towels, beach supplies and cold A/C to boot. Al was an incredible host and went out of our way to help us out being flexible on check in and check out. As someone who has stayed at multiple hotels on the island; skip them and stay here if you want a quiet, comfortable, elevated stay.

Beautiful community and unit with plenty of space l, a pool and amenities for our family! Short walk directly to gorgeous beaches, various top resorts, fantastic restaurants and shopping! We loved this condo! The view is spectacular and we spent every morning and evening on the lanai. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. We loved having easy walking access to Ulua Beach, the Shops at Wailea, and the beach pathway which was nice when we wanted to check out the nearby resorts and their restaurants. Al was super responsive whenever I had questions. We enjoyed our stay so much, thanks again Al!

Our family of six (2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 kids) had a wonderful 5-day stay at this condo in Wailea. From the moment we booked, Al, the property owner, was fantastic to work with. He checked in with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and that our expectations were met. He even kindly offered early and late check-in options, which made our travel days so much easier.The condo itself was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We loved being so close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It truly felt like the perfect home base for our time in Wailea.We couldn’t have been happier with our experience and highly recommend staying here. We had the most amazing stay at this condo! The host was truly exceptional—responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. He even helped coordinate our baby rental service so the crib was fully set up when we arrived, which was such a gift after a long travel day.The condo itself was absolutely perfect: spotless, comfortable, beautifully updated, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing week in Maui. This is a terrific property in a great location. Everything is just as it is advertised -- beautiful and clean condo, lovely renovations, comfy beds, full washer/dryer, kitchen fully equipped, great layout, quick walk to both pools...grounds are impeccably maintained...gorgeous beach just across from pool...easy walk to shops, market, resorts...etc...can't wait for our next visit!

Having stayed in many of the high end condos in south Maui over a twenty five year period this is one of the very best; well stocked: high end appliances; beautiful view; great location; quiet yet highly accessible to walking, shopping and some of the islands best restaurants.

Great condo with ocean view and central location!

Very nice condo situated near oceanfront promenade in Wailea and snorkeling beach. Great snorkeling within approximately 5 minute short walk from the condo. Beautiful ocean view from the living room and lanai. 2 pools and clubhouse on property with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Easy walk to Wailea retail shops. We had a great time and would stay again.

Paradise! Highlights - ocean views, coastal walk, beach access, beautifully landscaped and lovely views also from the pool off the coastal walk. 10 stars for the owner's responsiveness for restaurant suggestions and other inquiries. Comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. Beach chairs, towels and 2 boogie boards. Kitchen is stocked with all you need for cooking, coffee and mixing a Mai Tai. Can walk all the way to the Kea Lani for dinner at Nick's Fishmarket or PILINA. Just a short walk to the Shops at Wailea for ice cream, restaurants and amazing shopping. So many beaches off the coastal walk with friendly people, whale watching, snorkeling at Ulua Beach and a variety of birds. The only bad part is the last day in Maui! Until next time...

Wonderful place to stay: 5 stars!

This condo is very clean and bright, and is extremely well stocked. The beds are comfortable, and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. Everything you need for a day at the beach is right there! The swimming pools are lovely and quiet, and walking paths extend both directions. Shopping is very close, as well.Al (the host) is very kind and helpful, and is quick to answer any questions. We will definitely be back!
