Aloha!

Enjoy this recently remodeled 3rd floor (easy access from elevator), 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo at the Maui Vista #2306 in South Kihei. This condo is quietly located in the second building, away from traffic, directly above the pool, with a partial ocean view from the lanai (patio).

The property has 3 private pools, 6 tennis courts, barbecue grills, and beautiful landscaping throughout. You can also soak in the sun on the beach; we are located within walking distance to Charley Young beach and the Cove Beach Park, offering some of the best places to paddle board or surf in Kihei. Along with swimming and surfing, you can also find great snorkeling and kayaking within a stone's throw. Kihei is also a popular hot spot for shopping, dining, and ending the day with shaved ice while watching the best sun sets on the island.

Our unit has a futon style couch to sleep extra guest.
(*Update we recently replaced the mattress in the bedroom with a high density (Leesa) foam mattress.) and a dining table that seats four. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen along with a washer and dryer. We also have beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, boogie board,and sand toys.

Nice condo in a great location.

Location is great. Short walks to a couple different beaches and to restaurants. Unit is off the main street and quiet. Very affordable compared to most places on the area.

Very nice condo....close to beaches and restaurants. We could walk to everything. Beach chairs and umbrella were available for us to use, which was very nice. The air conditioners were very loud and it took a couple of nights to get used to the noise. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The condo was in a great location, right across the street from the beach. It had everything we needed to spend our days exploring the island. The owner was prompt in responding and accommodating our needs. We love Maui and this was a great place to visit. We will be back.

Clean ocean view condo walking distance to a sunset beach

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this condo. Ty stocked the closet with some simple beach supplies like a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella. It was walking distance to the beach and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai overlooking the ocean. I’d stay here again no doubt!

Very nice condo

Excellent location to beach and shopping. Quiet condo community. The condo has a very nice large kitchen with plenty of seating for quests. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom had a/c which was nice for sleeping. We would return again.

Condo was perfect for a “home base”. We spent most of the days exploring the island and it was great having a place with a washer and dryer to keep up on laundry because we were always out hiking or at the beach. The condo is close to a lot of things and central for other activities. We did a lot of hiking so we were always out at different parts of the island. Close to shopping and lots of restaurants.

Everything was great about the property. Great location restaurants right across the street and Nextdoor. Had an issue with the washer and dryer. The property manager answered the phone right away, came over and fixed it and gave me a six pack of beer for my trouble. Good man.

Great location!

The property was just as described and it was super clean and comfortable. It more than enough space for my partner and I. The location was perfect as we were in the middle of everything and most places was just a short walk away. This was my first time staying in a Vrbo sponsored apartment, and everything went great. The owners were kind enough to give us restaurant recommendations and leave a to do book as well. I would stay here again!

First time to Maui

My wife and I had a great experience staying here! It’s very close to beautiful Charley Young Beach. This property has swimming pools and tennis courts as well if you’re into that kind of thing. There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance. We also felt like we were maybe more secluded in Kihei from busier parts of the island and we really loved that. Overall this is a great place to stay!

Great location and host :)

Super responsive host and we greatly appreciated being allowed to stay a little longer till our flight departure time! That was a huge help to us so we didn’t have to lug around our belongings. Condo is right off the elevator which was convenient to get to. Pool was small but nice :) Easy access to beach (walking) and right next to Kihei Cafe which has yummy food!

Perfect Condo

This was a perfect condo for us. Very clean with all amenities needed. Charley Young beach was right across the street, which we enjoyed every day. Nice balcony and pool below, which was very well kept. Easy check in and host was very responsive when we had a question on the air conditioning unit in the living room. Very nice to have an air conditioning unit in the bedroom as well. I would recommend and stay there again.

A few hiccups but not bad!

We had a few issues come up with our stay. Dirty towels all over the floor when we arrived, no sheets on the bed, garbage disposal wasn’t working so sink wouldn’t drain properly and the dishwasher stopped working. Our host was fast to communicate with which was appreciated! The location was great and we loved having beach chairs/umbrella to use. Overall wasn’t great but wasn’t bad.

Condo had everything we needed. Great stay!

I am so glad I booked this condo and this unit. This unit is updated and felt clean and had everything we needed. We only had to buy food. But there are plenty restaurants nearby as well so you don't need to stock up your fridge. On check in day, the remote control didn't work for tv even though we changed the battery. Ty offered to come and fixed the issue same day. He was so helpful. I will book this condo again next time I would be on Maui.

Good but Could be Better

The good: Location. You can walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and numerous food trucks.The condo surroundings were well kept and even though the condo is right off a busy street it was quiet. The bad: As others have stated the air conditioners were loud and noisy, especially the one in the bedroom. The noise made it difficult to talk or sleep. The ceiling fan above the bed needed to be balanced or better yet replaced. It was also noisy. We ended up bringing in a portable fan at night and did not use either the air conditioner or ceiling fan. The dishwasher was not working, but we were made aware of this before we arrived. The noise from the air conditioners would keep us from coming back. If the air conditioner issues were resolved, we would return.

Mostly Great, But One Significant Problem

PROS Great access to beach, restaurants and shopping. Nice fluffy towels, well appointed kitchen, had beach chairs/mats/towels/umbrellas. Beautiful grounds, clean pool, handy outdoor showers. Host very responsive. CONS Both AC units were noisy, and the one in the bedroom was SUPER noisy and cycled on and off many times a night. If this hasn’t been replaced, you’ll need ear plugs. We were there during a hot spell. Didn’t see that there was a sun shade until the second to last day (that could’ve helped). In all fairness, the owner was very responsive and tried to find an AC replacement, but had no luck. He did bring a floor fan to help. We were happy with the owner and liked much about the unit and location, but wouldn’t stay there again unless there was a good, reliable AC system.

Amazing location. Beach right across the street. Great restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Only issue with stay that did not bother us at all but may be an issue for someone else is that the air conditioning in the front living room did not cool the space. Air conditioner in the bedroom worked great.
