Maui Sunset #B-417 is a fourth floor 2 bed 2 bath unit with beautiful ocean views. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, window unit AC in both bedrooms as well as the living room, and ceiling fans throughout. In addition this unit provides complimentary wifi. Maui Sunset #B-417 has a king-sized bed and a large SmartTV in the master and includes an en suite bathroom with a tub. The second bedroom provides twin beds, and the convenient second bathroom includes a shower. The living room is equipped with a queen sofa bed and a large SmartTV. For outdoor enjoyment, Maui Sunset #B-417 supplies beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Sleeps 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
Maui Sunset is a fabulous oceanfront property in Kihei that has lush tropical landscaping, large pool which is heated during the winter months, hot tub, gas grills, workout room, and tennis courts out on the beach for your use. Guests return here year after year which says a lot about this property. Windsurf, whale watch, walk the beach and enjoy magnificent sunsets.

Nice place

The condo was cute and had everything we needed. The buildings are really old, but the grounds are nice and we loved having a hot tub there. Just a couple minute walk down the beach you can see turtles come onto shore at sunset and go back into the water at sunrise. Very neat.

Beautiful view with great amenities

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the view and amenities more than we could have expected. While there was a minor issue with check-in (code didn’t work), it was resolved quickly and kindly when we called the reservation number. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything at Maui Sunset was as advertised. Check-In was easy, and took minutes at most. The accommodations were as described and very comfortable. Everything from the pool, to the beach, to the breathtaking sunsets were special.I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Maui

The perfect spot

We've been to Kihei many times though this was our first stay at the Maui Sunset. The property is beautiful and well maintained, the condo has a great view overlooking the pool area with the ocean beyond. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Overall, a great place to stay and we will definitely return.

Maui Holiday Family getaway

The property was a nice size for a family with two young adult children. The condo was centrally located in Kihei near shopping, restaurants and beaches. The pool area was nice and the view from the unit was beautiful.

Amazing stay!

I had an amazing experience with this booking! The location was perfect—close to the beach yet in a quiet area, which made it incredibly relaxing. The space was spotless, and communication with the host was seamless and easy. Everything about the stay was convenient and stress-free. I’d definitely book again and highly recommend it!

Great Apartment

The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. Beds were comfortable and there were fans in both bedrooms. Front the front door it’s a two minute walk to the beach.

Nice place but only for 4 pax

The accommodation looks like recently renovated but the maintenance service was weak. When we arrived the floor wad dirty, the apartment was ready for 4 pax instead of 6,some towels looked yellowis and used. The renovation on a neirby Apartment was noisy.overall, it wasn’t what we expected for.

Great stay!

Location was perfect and the condo was great. It was clean, had everything we needed, is close to shopping, and the views were simply stunning. If we go back to the island anytime soon, we'll stay here again. Everything was as advertised and wonderful for a family of four.

Modern Condo With Great View and Location

This condo is modern and comfortable with a big balcony that overlooks the pool, property, and ocean. It has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The condo was clean and well equipped with dishes for cooking. The Maui Sunset resort provides lots of activities that are good for teens - shuffleboard, tennis courts, other games, and a pool and hot tub. There is a nice grassy area between the hotel and the beach which is easily walkable from the resort. There is even a cute herb and vegetable garden that is available for guests. The location is good for being near Kehei restaurants and beaches.

Great spot!

The unit was wonderful. Clean and updated, we had everything we needed to make meals. Our group had multi families staying in several condos throughout the complex and it was very easy to meet up, swim together and share meals by the grill. The grassy are between buildings was incredible for lots of young children to runaround. We will be back!

Perfect for a family!

This property was absolutely perfect for my family of five. I have three teenagers and we were all extremely comfortable and we had plenty of space. The pool was beautiful. The grounds were so well kept. We cannot wait to come back and stay again.!

Not by best decision...Could have stayed at a nice hotel for the price...

Arrived to check in and went inside to get the keys. The lady working behind the plastic shield seemed put out that we showed up. It literally felt like she was annoyed. She made a statement, "you checking in?" vs. a nice welcome greeting. I get it's not a hotel, but seriously, this is still hospitality and the lack of it she showed, she should not be the first impression any guest interacts with upon their arrival. After going through everything, I saw that there were only three bath towels and there were four of us. I emailed as it stated and when I arrived back home four days later I got the email I sent and still don't have an answer on how to get more and or why it wasn't equipped with enough to accommodate our needs. The pictures while nice, definitely did a better showing that what we actually experienced. The A/C unit in the master was very old and the knob was missing. It didn't cool off very quickly. The bedding was very dated and thin. Wi-Fi was terrible. It would drop connections constantly so if you are trying to do any work, good luck. Overall location was easy access to Wailea and 35-40 to Lahaina. This was my first VRBO and not sure I will do again. Over $1800 for 3 nights. Keep looking.
