Too many speed bumps! Must be a problem with people not following the speed limit on the property. Other than that, we were very happy with the location of the property and having a beach just across the street was great!

The condo was clean and had most of the necessary items for cooking. We had an issue with the dishwasher and garbage disposal that was resolved. Parking was very convenient and shaded. The condo is close to shopping, restaurants and groceries. During our stay there was construction in front of the condo on South Kihei drive that once completed won't be inconvenient.

We got caught between the Maui Banyan rental group and the actual Maui Banyan resort when trying to resolve issues. We had 3 days without water but couldn’t get any help from Expedia, the front desk because it was Maui Banyan or the Maui Bangan rental group because they were not onsite. My recommendation would be to rent directly from Maui Banyan.

Location was amazing, walking distance to several great restaurants beach fronts and very accessible. Spent a lot of time at the pool which was always clean.

We enjoyed the reserved parking, this was very convenient. The beach was across the street from the property. Walking distance to restaurants and shops!

Location was perfect! We could easily walk to beach and restaurants. Condition of property were very good. Quiet neighbors and we did not hear a lot of traffic.

ROACH-INFESTED! The good: location, covered parking included, shower pressure and temperature was nice. The ok: Hawaii is humid and AC can only do so much. Not a lot of lighting in the rooms at night. The bad: (NOTE: We were there post-Hurricane Lowell so we did not reach out unless we felt it absolutely necessary). The electronics were not set up right, the dishes were dirty when we arrived, there was mold and a stench in the washing machine, blinds broken, missing/broken kitchenware, and other things that added up but we dealt with it and let it go. We only decided to reach out when we saw roaches crawling in the utensils drawer in the kitchen. When reaching out to the number that had responded to us before via text, no one responded. So we sent a message via Expedia which apparently goes to VTrips, not directly to the local managers. When someone finally contacted us about it, we had to adjust our schedule for the day so someone could come in, clean, lay roach traps, and apply some sort of gel. It didn't work, every time we came back from a long day, we'd see roaches scurry across the floor and counters. The last straw was when we saw some crawling across the bed. We felt so uneasy sleeping and even being there. We felt we deserved some sort of refund, at least for whatever part of the rate goes towards cleaning. We were told someone would contact us about it... no one ever did. So beware - for the price you pay, this is what they think a guest deserves

It’s a lovely and quiet area the beach is right across the street. Restaurant and shopping center are within a 10 to 15 min walk. They also provide towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler to use to take with you to the beach. The place is very clean and I cannot wait to go back.

Quiet neighborhood and beautiful view of the beach from our 4th floor condo large balcony with a 3 level convenient parking structure nearby.
