This lovely third floor one bedroom, one bath 621 square foot home at the Kihei Kai Nani Resort is renovated, inviting, clean and comfortable. The style is contemporary with tropical influences. The condo is remodeled with new tile floors throughout (no carpets, so it's great for those with allergies), includes granite bathroom and kitchen countertops. Queen sofa bed with 4.5" memory foam mattress, window AC and ceiling fan in the living room.
The master suite has an extra large window including blackout curtains and a Queen size bed. The maximum number of guests allowed in this condo is 4 (there is a charge for the 3rd and 4th guest).
There is free secure 5G (400 Mbps) high-speed Wi-Fi Internet for your laptop and other devices.
The large covered lanai has 4 chairs and a table for outdoor dining. Sunbathe or take a nap outdoors on the comfortable padded lounge chair.
The well-maintained Kihei Kai Nani complex has one large 60'x30' freshwater swimming pool, several BBQ grills, shuffleboard court, and covered a gazebo area that you may reserve for parties. Experience views over tropical greenery and peekaboo views of Haleakala and the ocean. The beach and the sun are just outside and the shops and restaurants of Kihei and Wailea are minutes away. Other Important Notes:
* Non-smoking in the condo, including lanai and hallways. A $500 fine + damage costs if violated. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.

* A $200 fee will be charged for the replacement of a lost key.
* Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional night's charge.
